Perfect location in Choengmon, direct access to a beautiful white sand beach. All is wonderful there, Villas are well decorated, the employees discret and helpful. The menu is large and the food is high standard. 10/10.
We enjoyed a one week stay with our 2 kids. Booking was a breeze. The service of the hotel employees is second to none. They are always there to lend a helping hand with a smile, make sure your needs are met and really truly ensure you have an outstanding time. Rooms are well appointed, clean and stocked with extra cushions, pillows, mosquito repellents. Breakfast by the pool was something which made an immense difference to our holiday. The lovely staff ensures you can laze on your holiday and they set the breakfast by your personal pool everyday on demand. Chef was very accommodating to our kids choice of food. A big shout out to the staff of the Sala beachside restaurant who always ensured that our family dinner every night was a lovely experience.
The hotel is little old but well managed. The staff was very helpful. I stayed in private pool villa it’s was great and functional. The beach also good and quite. Breakfast was just ok because no varieties of food and during that day hotel served the a la cart for breakfast. Overall good and will go back again.
Stayed for 5 days and in general I was happy but this is not a 5 star hotel in service and attention to details. We did not see any senior management during our stay , nobody around to get feedback as the pool service was rather poor and the restaurant most of the sometimes was not that good . The noise of the aircon compressor was so loud that we could not on the AC at night . Not bad for the rate charged but definitely will not pay more if the hotel does not improve service . Cute hotel but I would say is a nice 4 star only . Good things are the location, cute villa design though impossible to sleep with the noise and very poor black out . At 6 am you get sunlight already. Service was poor except the staff at the juice counter during breakfast that was always very attentive . Ciao ciao …
Nice hotel for the special promo during the Covid and this hotel could compete with the boutique luxury brands like Six Senses or Banyan Tree if Sala would emphasize more n staff training and guests personal touches . Restaurant service is very average , there is hardly any pool service and you need always to look for staff when u need any FNB order. Some staff greets other dont ... training is not consistent . With a little bit of effort this company could do much better as the product and location is there . The wifi has not been reliable , and the AC compressor right outside the head bed wall window is so noisy we could not sleep with the AC on. Villa design is cute and comfy , nice beach and yes , like other guests commented there should be a gate from the end of the road to the villas . Bit nice to see motorbikes Abe cars outside your villa. We will be back ! Thanks…
