we had a very interesting week here visiting the port companies and some museums milder than GB we were able to sit outside at the many cafes along the Douro by the Lois 1 bridge and sample some local delicacies such as cod fishcakes

My friend will be staying at the House Ribeira hotel and I am staying at Vera Cruz Porto Hotel . How far are they apart . Is it a far walk ?

I'd guess that the hotels are a ~15 minute walk apart. Lots of things to see on the way, though.

Informaciones sobre el Metro desde el Aeropuerto hacia nuestro Hotel: • Metro (Frecuencia: 20 a 20 minutos) - La estación de metro está en la puerta del aeropuerto; Para comprar el ticket tienen de hacerlo de la siguiente manera: Primero carga en Comprar; después elija Z4; a continuación 1 Título. El total de la transacción é de EUR 2,00. Para ver las opciones en su lengua, pode cargar en la banderilla inglesa hasta mirar la lengua española. Deberá validar el ticket en la máquina amarilla antes de entrar en el metro. El metro corresponde al servicio de la Línea E - Aeroporto - Estadio do Dragão. Posteriormente, tendrá de salir adelante en la estación de Trindade, que se encuentra en el centro de ciudad de Porto y cerca de 7 minutos a pie de nuestra unidad. El viaje tiene la duración aproximada de 30 minutos y el último Metro sale del Aeropuerto, todos los días, a las 00h35;
