    Lovely hotel, great location
    A well located hotel in old town. Staff are great. First night kept awake by neighbours nighttime ‘activities ‘ but managed to get a new room. Quite small and average age is about 70 but enjoyable three night stay.

    I have 2 questions about a half-board booking: (1) If we book a half-board package through a tour operator, including 31st December, what type of meal will we be served on New Year's Eve, and in which restaurant? (2) On other evenings, are guests permitted to have lunch instead of dinner as part of a half-board package? Thank you.

If you book a package with the meal of the 31st December included, you will attend our Gala Diner, in our Restaurant Arsenal, this diner is a Special set Menu, with drinks included. If on Half board you may change the meal for lunch, you just need to advise us that you will be swoping the diner for lunch on the that day.     Roughly what is the price for carafe of wine in hotel?
    Hi, a good Bottle of red can be had for around 17 euros. Didn't purchase by the carafe. Drinks are very reasonable compared with the UK, Spain, Italy etc.,

    Could you please tell me if you do gala meals on Christmas Eve and New Years Eve and at what extra cost ? Thank you.
    Dear Guest, Thank you for your query, We have the Gala diners on the 24th and 31st December, as a reference the direct cost of the Galas in 2018 was €100 for the 24th and €145 for the 31st December, per person, drinks included. Please note that if you book with a Tour Operator, you need to check in the Galas are already included in the holiday package. Please feel free to contact us if you need further assistance.     "Worth paying for 'sea view,' as the 'garden' ones on the side just overlook an open green space on the edge of town."

    "Avoid rooms that over look the "green" the homeless gather here and use the hotel wall for a "toilet","
    "A junior suite is worth the extra euros. We had bed and breakfast but you can be virtually self-catering ."
    "Balcony rooms are only good value if you use the balconies."
