An excellent hotel in every respect. Beautifully situated uin the Barrio Alto, [Upper Town], right alongside the Elevadore Gloria, which is the funicular railway linking it to the rest of the city. We had room 505 which has a panoramic view of Lisbon from castle to river. We particularly mention the great care and attention that we received from Jorge, Magde and Pedro.

Without a doubt, Palacio Ludovice Wine Experience Hotel is one of the best hotels in Lisbon. The building, once a private residence, has been lovingly and tastefully restored and is Service is uniformly exceptional; breakfasts are delicious; location is ideal. Highly recommended.

A majestic and beautiful hotel itself. We started with a warm welcome by the front office staff, Diana, Denilson and João, giving us already the idea that the hotel is the right place to be for your holidays. The room is super comfortable, extremely clean and also our regards to the housekeeping team. Plenty of available amenities, from mini bar, coffee and tea facilities, nespresso machine among other nice details and touches. The breakfast is very good and varied, a great selection to start you day at the best way possible. The evening restaurant is another great experience and combination of food and flavors. All staff at the restaurant is very kind as well, however my special thanks to Diogo that gave us a free lesson about the hotel history. A spa is also available, another way to relax whilst at the hotel, such as a super well equipped gym. I extremely recommend the hotel for all its class, details and staff, that are more than excellent. To return.…

O hotel é muito novo e com uma localização incrível, inaugurado em março de 2022. O prédio é lindo, antigo palácio do arquiteto do rei, possui decoração leve e elegante. Nosso quarto era amplo, uma delícia. Nosso quarto, uma vista para a cidade muito bonita. O café da manhã com ótimas opções. Fiz minha reserva diretamente no site do hotel, não sei se foi por isto, mas recebi um e-mail da concierge Raquel e sua atenção para nos ajudar foi incrível! Como já conhecíamos Lisboa e estávamos na cidade apenas para uma breve passagem, dicas de restaurantes com otimização de reservas foi importante. Optamos por jantar no restaurante do hotel, após uma degustação de vinhos no próprio, Federico - muito bom - escolha acertada do menu e do vinho com a ajuda do sommelier Júnior. Sin palabras. Un hotel espectacular, cada rincón esta pensado, creando un ambiente de tranquilidad y lujo dentro de Lisboa. El desayuno y restaurante son de 10. Tienen unos productos de calidad donde no os lo podeis perder. Todo muy rico. Solo me queda comentar el staff. Nos han atendido muy amablement però sin agobiar. Esto se agradece mucho. Experienciar uma estadia no Palácio Ludovice - Wine Experience Hotel é uma imersão que dificilmente se esquecerá de tão grande intensidade... Em todas as áreas do Palácio o staff é de um nível profissional, de uma simpatia e de um foco no cliente que cria muita empatia. Da recepção e acolhimento inicial, à arquitectura e aproveitamento de um edificio que resistiu a um brutal terramoto, passando por um alojamento de qualidade, conforto, requinte e asseio absolutamente extraordinário e terminando num restaurante e bar que é sinónimo de magnifico repasto e um pequeno almoço divinal, não poderia ficar mais feliz com esta experiência. We hebben een portproeverij in dit hotel gedaan. We werden zeer vriendelijk welkom geheten aan de receptie. De vriendelijke en kundige sommelier Tania nam ruim de tijd voor ons om een hele mooie port proeverij te doen. Nu eens niet van de bekende merken, maar van een supermooi klein porthuis Daarbij een vergelijking met een port van een van de grote merken. We kregen daarbij een plankje met o.a kaas.

We received one of our best hotel introductions by the staff upon checking in - professional and warm greeting followed by information about the hotel, room, surrounding area and attractions. It was a very welcome introduction which we find often missing in most hotels. Soon after checking in we received a call about the nightly complementary wine tasting for new guests that was a fantastic and educational way to begin our stay. We enjoyed the hotel bar each evening and a fine dinner the second night. In general, we felt welcome, appreciated and received great service. The hotel itself we found beautiful and the location fun.

This hotel is beautiful. We had a wonderful upper-floor suite with an elegant bathroom, but I imagine any room would be lovely. What made our stay truly special were two things: the staff, and the location. The hotel is right over the road from one of the most iconic views in the city, and doors away from charming wine bars, shopping and yummy restaurants. In addition, if you're downtown and get foot-weary, you can take the tram right up to the hotel's door. Once you're at the hotel, the staff will make sure you feel welcome by providing everything you could possibly need. Finally, the breakfast is worth making time for! Have an oatmilk latte and enjoy the pretty multi-story garden wall along with a fresh selection of delicious foods. Don't miss this place!
