Ottimo hotel in centro su via Aurea angolo plaza Rossio. Facile da raggiungere con metro da aeroporto, a pochi metri dalla stazione Rossio uscita Dom Pedro. All’accoglienza ci hanno subito offerta porto e pastel de nata, deliziosi. Camera moderna , molto bella, nel secondo edificio. Colazione super!!!! Consiglio! Personale gentilissimo ed attento. La camera si può lasciare alle 12, indubbiamente un buon servizio.

Hôtel extrêmement extrêmement bien situé près de la place Rossio. Tout est à 10 minutes de marche. L'accueil y est impeccable. L'hôtel est moderne, très bien entretenu et extrêmement (vraiment!) propre. Difficile de trouver mieux pour le prix. Je recommande définitivement et y retournerai sans hésitation à mon prochain voyage à Lisbonne.

Enkel positieve zaken. Volledige staff blinkt uit in vriendelijkheid, snelle responstijden, perfect ontbijt, uitmuntende hygiëne, verzorgde kamers, ... Daarboven is de locatie geweldig. Op enkele minuten wandelen van een metrostation en pal in het centrum van de stad. Een absolute aanrader!

I found the hotel excellent value for money! It's a real gem in honestly the most perfect location. Everything is only a 10 minute walk to most tourist areas / attractions. The hotel was clean & the staff was very friendly. Honestly for the price we paid for the hotel I couldn't have asked for better hotel. I would 100% recommend and I certainly would stay again if ever to return to Lisbon.

We had a lovely stay here. The pastel de nata and port on arrival is such a fabulous touch! We didn’t stay in the main building. The room was very nice. Really modern and comfortable. Very quite and clean also. The shower was incredible, so powerful. There was a lovely heart shaped chocolate and a note left in our room on Valentine’s Day which was so lovely. The only reason I took a star off is because there was a very strange smell in the room and it didn’t go away for our whole stay. The location of this hotel is perfect for travelling all around Lisbon and it’s so close to all the restaurants. I’d definitely recommend staying here if you’re visiting Lisbon.

Great location, brand new hotel. The staff is very friendly and nice. They welcomed us with a pastel de nata and a glass of wine. The room is modern, with good lightning and spacious. The only thing that we didn’t liked was that our blankets had blood stains. But as soon as we told the staff, they changed them the next day. To apologize they gave us a chocolate cake and a breakfast for two. Overall, I recommend this hotel, good price and amazing location.

We verified that the small stains found were not from blood, but from hair dye - which would still be unforgivable - therefore, we have already alerted the outsourcing laundry with which we work and our team so that we can pay more attention and this type of situation does not happen never again. It was the first and we hope it will be the last time that this is the case, as we excel in the hygiene and cleanliness of all areas of our facilities. Situé à même pas 5 mins à pieds du métro « Rossio », cet hôtel est extrêmement bien situé, en plein centre-ville, quasiment en face de L’elevador de Santa Justa. Superbe accueil avec un petit verre de porto et un pastel de nata. Nous avions réservé une chambre standard mais avons eu la surprise d’être surclassé dans une chambre plus grande, avec balcon et vue sur l’elevador. La chambre est super confortable avec une très bonne literie, la salle d’eau très spacieuse. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux, propose aussi bien du sucré que du salé et des spécialités portugaises. Tout le personnel était vraiment fort sympathique. Si nous revenons à Lisbonne, nous reviendrons au Rossio Plaza. Le rapport qualité/prix est incroyable.

The location can't be beaten! This place is within 15-20 minute walk to everything in Lisbon. I highly recommend it. It's a newer hotel with modern amenities. The room was on the smaller side but I didn't spend much time there. The bathroom was a decent size with a window that opened to allow fresh air into the room. The staff was great and very responsive to any of my requests.

Excelente ubicación y trato personal. Nos reservaron un par de sitios para cenar, recomendados por la chica de la recepción y un acierto. Muy buenos consejos para conocer la ciudad. Hotel, quizá un pelín justa la habitación, pero realmente, para hacer turismo no hace falta más. Muy limpio, nuevo. Cafetera en la habitación con café de cortesía, un detalle.

The staff were amazing especially Rondrigo and Barbara, nothing too much for them to make our stay amazing, and all of them always smiling made us feel welcome. The room was clean and spacious, I like the pillow, really soft and the bed firm, I got a good rest every morning. We totally have nothing to complain.
