This Unique & Elegant Hotel is a Real Dream Palace. Beautiful Design & Accommodations. Very Kind & Helpful Staff. Excellent Dining options: Fine Dining Restaurant ( which was so Amazing) Very Complex Breakfast with huge varieties of dishes, Brunch, Afternoon Tea, Snacks options. The Hotel has outdoor Pool and indoor Heated pool, Sauna, Treatment options at the Spa. 100% recommend to visit this Hotel, if you like Unique, Elegant Hotels. Parking is available. 10/10 Stay

5 all the way!!! Excellent service in a quiet intimate setting. Beautiful room - food was light, beautifully prepared and the service managed by Tito was exceptional. We felt like we were the most important guests in the restaurant. A fabulous way to end our fabulous 5 day stay in Lisboa at the One.

We had dinner at the Condes de Ericeira Restaurant at the One Palacio and it was one of the best experiences of the holiday - Tito gave us fantastic recommendations, the best wine and the perfect food pairings to go with it. An unforgettable experience, thank you Tito!!

The location of The One Palacio da Anunciada is very central and easy to walk everywhere. The rooms are beautiful and service was fantastic. Very accommodating and everyone had a smile. Next time in Lisbon, The One is where I will stay! Obregado!

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Palacio de Anunciada in Lisbon. The hotel was beautiful and very well located in a lovely area, within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and points of interest. The room was spotless, comfortable, and very well-appointed with all that we needed for a pleasurable stay. The reception was warm and efficient, and the breakfast was delicious. We Highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again if the opportunity arises.

Great service! Everyone in service staff is very kind and accommodating. An amazing breakfast and relaxing pool as well. The indoor pool, sauna, and mist room is also free of charge on reservation. Highly recommend!

What a very special property on a quiet street one block off of Av. da Liberdade. This beautifully and creatively renovated former convent is the perfect marriage of old and modern. We stayed 4 nights while visiting Sintra and each day discovered a new, stunning space--modern art salons, antique ceilings in dining areas, breakfast courtyard, handpainted grand staircase, pergola covered pool bar. Our suite was also a modern art gallery, filled with paintings, ceramics, and sculptures, with lovely views from our several windows overlooking their garden courtyard. The bed was fabulous. Staff, from pre-arrival to reception to concierge to dining to housekeeping were uniformly kind and helpful. We arrived to a wonderful upgrade and some very special treats thanks to Sarah Ives Luxury Travel Agent who made our booking. The lobby has infused water, sparkling wine, candy, and pastries available as all-day and evening complimentary treats. Rooms are stocked with included mineral water, replenished daily. The breakfasts at the hotel were the best of the 5 excellent properties at which we stayed in Portugal, with scrumptious pastries, varied healthy and indulgent options for all tastes, and the absolute best lattes and cappuccinos. We loved that they were served a la carte, but without long waits. We also enjoyed coming back to the hotel for delicious dessert and coffee in the evening. Try their red velvet cake with caramel ganache...it's a dream. Nothing was left to chance at this lovely, boutique property. They even had a resident falconer and falcon, Lisboa to keep the pigeons from troubling guests. It has assumed the spot for our favorite city hotel. If I had any recommendations, they are so very minute. One, provide larger bath mats for outside the shower because the marble bathroom floors get slippery when wet. Two, do not continue to recommend the restaurant on the corner across from Solar dos Presuntos (I forgot the name of it because it was so very not good). We loved their recommendation for our arrival lunch at Pinoquio, however. I so highly recommend One Palacio da Anunciada. We will gladly stay again on return trips to Lisbon.…

We really enjoyed our time at both restaurants of this hotel. We tried both the fancy restaurant and the bar -fare one. Both had excellent food. Even though each was a different experience, the service was excellent. The wonderful Tito took care of us at both! Very knowledgeable regarding wines and the food. Incredibly caring and attentive. The ambience, the decor and the feel of the place are amazing. Highly recommend both these restaurants and this hotel
