The rooms were beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. We had the two story unit which gave everyone some much needed privacy (and so helpful to have an extra toilet on the first floor of the unit). The breakfast foods were delicious, and we loved having a huge quantity and variety of fruit for fresh squeezed juice daily. We were there over the holidays, and the unit was decorated and they brought an amazing king cake for the family, The real selling point is the amazing staff who had recommendations for everything from shopping and touring to dining (so many amazing vegetarian restaurants nearby). It's an understandably very popular place so book it if at all possible! You won't regret staying here!!

We had the most wonderful stay here in a 3rd floor one bedroom with a view of the church and street below. As other reviewers have pointed out the Chiado location is incredible. Easy walking (5-20 minutes) to virtually all the neighborhood gems we wanted to check out in the City. But the service is what makes this place a stand out. From freshly baked goods on the door at 8 a.m., the well stocked fridge, delicious wine and cheese platter waiting for us upon arrival, to their detailed care in helping us find great dinner locations each night. Honestly, I was sad to check out! But we'll be back. Obrigada Liliana, Rita, Pedro!

We had a very stressful trip to Lisbon. Our passports and luggage were stolen just before we arrived at the hotel, and the staff at Flora Chiado (especially Liliana and Marco) we’re absolutely incredible. They were so kind, welcoming, and helpful during a really stressful time. They ensured we had everything we needed, and generously held our apartment for the entire week while we figured out our passport situation with the embassy. The apartment was lovely but the service was the real reason I would highly recommend staying here.

Our family (myself, my husband and two children in their 20's) stayed in the two bedroom apartment for 17 days in August 2022. It was perfect for us; truly a home away from home! The building is located in the heart of the Chiado district in Lisbon and within walking distance to many attractions, restaurants, cafe's, churches and shopping. The apartments was on the 3rd floor but we had the lift (elevator) so access was easy. The apartment has modern conveniences blended with old world charm. The unit was extremely clean, well appointed and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable with high quality linens and the bathroom finishes were very nice. The cleaning staff did such a fantastic job, plus they restocked the refrigerator & dry goods daily with all we would need for breakfast the next day. The daily delivery of fresh breads & pastries each morning at 8am was an amazing treat. We are still missing our pastries and the fresh squeezed orange juice each day. I can't say enough about the front desk staff as well. Marco and Liliana were very friendly, helpful and attentive. In advance of our trip, they helped coordinate the shuttle to/from the airport, and our tours. During our stay, they were always gracious and made sure we were taken care of. Even on our departure (problem with the flight caused us to stay an extra nigh unexpectedly), Marco and the staff saved the day by getting the room ready for us to stay an extra night with very little notice late in the afternoon. We loved our trip and the team a Flora Chiado were a big part of making it memorable! We can't thank them enough and hope to return again.…

Ohhh, we absolutely loved this place. Having booked fairly last-minute after reading all the excellent reviews, we were blown away by the quality of the accommodation and service. Excellent location, lovely reception team, super comfortable beds, and everything was immaculately clean. We particularly loved the fully stocked fridge and the morning delivery of bread and pastries: such a great idea, and made for a really relaxed breakfast before departure. Also loved the complimentary taxi on arrival, which saved us a bit of extra admin. We'll definitely be back, hopefully next time for longer than 24 hours!

Everyone coming to Portugal should stay here! Especially if you are traveling with a family. This place is like a dream. So spacious with everything you could want or need, and fresh bread delivered every morning to your doorstep! Mmmmmm. :) Super clean. Impeccably decorated. So comfortable and stylish all at the same time. The location is excellent! Near Chiado, Barrio Alto, Alfama. Right in the heart of all the historic and walking neighborhoods. Great shops and restaurants all around you! Staff super helpful and friendly too. This was the best find of our trip. I didn’t want to leave!!!

After a week living in these beautiful and large apartments, we were sad to leave the place. The location is perfect, right in the middle of a lovely part of Lisbon, next to everything, but at the same time, very quiet and private. The design is awesome, just the right mix of old and modern. The beds are very comfy. The fridge is quite generously filled with food for breakfast. Plus the bag of fresh bread, croissants and egg tarts (natas) every morning. The kitchen was so well furnished, I even took a picture of the selection of glasses, more than I even have at my own house.The personnel (Daniel and Lillian were the ones we got to meet more often) was very professional, kind and helpful with their advice and recommendations. And Mrs. Andrade (who unfortunately we didn't meet) was great at re-arranging our bookings through these difficult Covid times). Through them, we booked a private chauffeur (Julien) who was knowledgeable, very friendly and easy-going; we took three excursions during the week and his partner drove us to Porto at the end of the week with a quick stop and lunch in Obidos. All six of us, in two different apartments, really enjoyed ourselves and highly recommend these delightful apartments. We will go back for sure.…

Charming Hotel! Amazing rooms with breakfast included. Perfect location in Chiado to walk to the different areas of the city. We stayed in a two room suite that was basically an apartment with living room and a full equipped kitchen. We loved the decoration. Excellent staff. We have been here twice and we will come again.

My husband and I stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment upon arrival to Lisbon and before we departed. This beautifully restored 18th century building is in the BEST location in Chiado. Liliana and the staff were wonderful and friendly. This has the advantage of an apartment with the housekeeping and breakfast of a hotel. Please stay here as we will be back someday.

First time we tried the flora apartments, we are a family of five and stayed in 3D. Central location is perfect, high floor was quiet and bright. This was a two bedroom duplex with a small balcony at the back enough for a mornign coffee and with three bathroom and a massive lovely kitchen where the family gathered around the breakfast bar. This is a five start. HOWEVER, what made this place special are all the staff: Rita, Liliana, Daniel etc they are operate as if the place was their own family run business, they went out of their way to help especially in matters that made our stay easier ( PCR, bookings, parking et ). They were extremely w and helpful. I usually praise the four seasons hotels for their personal and dedicated service, Flora genuinely took that level of service to the next level. We will be coming back again. Book and enjoy without hesitation.…
