Great place

Nice hotel, wide, comfortable, the staff is great and kind and all the rooms are wide and full equipment. I recommend it. Also meeting rooms are wide and full services. The breakfast is ok also. Good quality and always free space for you.

Room with a view

We stayed at The 5 star Eurostar Das Letras Lisboa. View outside my room was that of an old run-down, dilapidated ruins of a building. What an eye sore! The room itself was nice, the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Marcia at reception.

I have booked a double room for two adults. We have a 2-year old who can sleep in a large king bed. How big are your beds in your double room? Are extra beds available if needed? Are mini-fridges standards in your rooms?

Our bed was king-size. We had a mini-bar in our room.

we would like to book a room at Eurostars Das Letras but need a car parking space. Would there be one available for 21/07/16 - 23/07/16 and do we need to reserve one?

Also, we used UBER, is very affordable in Portugal. Surprisingly.

Hi I am confused about this hotel. It says 5* but many reviews seem to say that although not bad this is not a 5* at all. The price is good.. possibly too good to be real 5*. So how is the star system decided? I was looking at booking a suite for a week..but the information on the hotel website are too vague.. things like courtesy kettle and coffee maker.. the hotel photos show no detail at all, user photo show nescafe instant coffee. There is a page called "restaurants" (plural) but only one is listed and no menu anywhere to be found... should i stay there or are there better 5* hotels around the same area for same/similar rates (Four Season is not within my range!) Thanks

Hi, I don't set much store by star ratings as often they are about facilities rather than quality however I would suggest that in the UK it would be 4 star so it depends on what you are looking for. I will however recommend this hotel as it is clean, comfortable and well run,also not too far from the centre. We stayed in a suite, 603 I think, and it was very nice and spacious with separate lounge area and both bath and walk in shower, there was also a small balcony with views over the city to the river. There is a capsule type coffee machine but the capsules are charged for as is the mini bar but there is also a kettle and supplied tea and coffee. The hotel breakfast is very good but I can't recommend evening meals as there is no separate restaurant, however there are good restaurants close by.
