    Flawed but has potential

    Tranquility and luxury amidst the pine trees

    Hello, We have a booking in the name of Sofonea, from 6/sept to the 8/sept in a deluxe suite, we will arrive late, as our flight arrives at 10,45pm. Can you tell me how long the transfer is to the airport, and if you have a navet, if so at what tarif (we may hire a car) Thank you
    Hello: from the airport to lisbon tooked us 20 minutes and from lisbon to cascais another 20 minutes. We rented a car and paid with all insurances around 100 eur per day We had a 3 bedrooms suite and loved it as it gaved us a feeling of living there in our own apartment

    Hi- do you take 2year olds at kids club?
    I’m coming for a relaxing holiday as a treat from my sister in the Sheraton in the US as I’ve been very unwell. She said the fresh air and sunshine will do me good. I’m coming on the 24th of January. I would like to know what the weather is going to be. Will there be any sunshine? Secondly how do I access the Explore Programme for accommodation at a discounted rate from my sister, and what is the percentage discount for immediate family? It would be nice to have a lovely and quiet non-smoking room with a balcony and a beautiful view, where I can sit and watch the sun rise or go down. I can’t wait to run away from the cold and polluted air in London and escape to the beautiful country Portugal. Just for your information I find it extremely difficult to climb staircases and I may need some assistance with my suitcases as I have a walking stick for now. I still intend to have a wonderful time and come back to London well rested, healed and a new person. Thank you.
    In this hotel, the staff are very helpful. There are lifts to take you to your floor. Your luggage will not pose a problem at all as the front desk will send it to your room. I don’t know about balconies but it is not too chilly and you get some sunshine.

    1) How far is it from the airport to the Sheraton Cascais Resort? 2) Can I opt for half board so that I can have my restaurant and evening meals in the Resort?
    It’s a 45 minutes drive from Lisbon. However, taxis in Portugal is very reasonable. It cost me about 40-50 euros in a large car. BB, HB and FB basis available. However, you can also eat at all the amazing restaurants in the town, to which you can go by the hotel shuttle service. If not, book a taxi via concierge, it’s about 12 euros oneway.

    Please can you advise if there is an oven in the suites ? We are a family of four
    Microwave laundry dishwashers for sure but not sure about oven sorry
