We stayed two nights. Staff was helpful. The location was an easy fifteen minute walk to the city center. Rooms were spacious and clean. Noise level was minimal. We stay in hotels at least twice a month. We wouldn't hesitate staying here again.
From the time we walked in to the time we walked out two days later, there was not one thing that was unacceptable. Frount desk people were very helpful, in telling us what to see in this little city, and ordered taxis for us etc. Breakfast room was roomy and bright, breakfast…
Very happy with my stay at Tivoli Coimbra Hotel, staff were excellent and made us very welcome, the rooms were lovely and clean, there was a great choice for breakfast, evening meal very good, great location
Hotel very clean and staff helpful and friendly, food was good and service level was very good, would recommend this hotel. Location was convenient to shops and restaurants. Lots to see and do. Would definitely return.
The hotel was lovely, but quite far from the old city area and the University. Most of the restaurants are closed in the evening at the time of year we travelled so that was inconvenient for us. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful.
