This is a nice hotel, the location is excellent in the city centre close to the Antwerp central station and ample parking right next door. The room we had was spacious and clean. So all in all a good place to stay when in Antwerp.
We booked a superior room, the best they have, well what a let down. Dirty, smelly, cold, tired, no hot water, water leaking from the wash basin, no plug in the wash basin. Hotels response to no hot water, It's warm that will do. Warm? No tepid, how are you supposed to shower…

Room was clean and spacious. Hotel is centrally located within close proximity to train station, restaurants amd shops. Staff waa friendly and helpful and reception is open 24 hours. Left too early to have breakfast,but would definitely recommend.
