The room was clean and quiet (the window was on the side of the building) with enough space. The hotel has a tram station in front of it, so it was easy to get to and from in any direction. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The only thing that was not so fine, was the shower curtain in the bathroom, which I find gross.

The room was nice and clean. The bathroom was a comfortable size. We thought the mattresses were too hard. A mattress topper would help. Although the bed contained 2 separate mattresses, it affected the other person when turning in the bed. It was easy and quick to get from the airport to the hotel with the tram.

The hotel itself is very beautiful: it is large and has a very nice reception and restaurant, the biggest problem with the hotel is the room itself. With my parents, we had the worst experience possible. The bathroom is small and the shower is very small too. The most serious problem is the beds. The position is uncomfortable and could cause someone to get hit, in addition to the fact that the beds are lumpy and hard, which caused my entire family (Me included) slept terribly badly. A minor problem is that the TV is only in Swedish, it is not intended for use by a foreigner, plus you cannot use Netflix or a streaming platform. We wouldn't be so critical if the price wasn't too high for the terrible service they gave us. It was a nice place, but very uncomfortable. I do not recommend it,There are more beautiful and cheaper hotels in the area and in the city. The truth? We are leaving this hotel disappointed. …

Nice room, very friendly and helpful staff at Reception. Bathroom is a bit small for a couple but will do for a night or two. Location is perfect with tram stop directly in front of hotel. Breakfast buffet is excellent. Hotel has parking on site and they let us leave the car there for several hours even after we checked out.

Terrible experience. Our room had no refrigerator. When we asked for a bucket of ice to keep our drinks cold, we could only get a glass of ice. No buckets. Our TV did not work. The bathroom door was glass. Yes glass. No privacy. The AC was not very effective. A very disappointing experience.

We had a wonderful stay! The rooms were beautiful and the location was located right next to the tram line which made it easy to explore the city. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. I hope to make it back one day in the future!

Stayed here with my wife in 2016 during a business trip. Kept it in mind because Hotel Krone is in a super location close to city center on tram line minutes from main station but neighborhood is quiet. Returned while on vacation and found it still at the highest level of quality. Again we were in the connected wing of the hotel. Room was large by European standards and well organized, with good closet space and many shelves for clothes. Refrigerator and sink. Nice AC which was important during summer hot spell. Breakfast was excellent, with wide selection and attentive service. Looked forward to that in the morning. Front desk was friendly, efficient, and helpful. Cleaning staff did great job each day. Highly recommend.

Great value for money we felt, the hotel was beautiful and clean the bed was surprisingly comfortable pillows were not to our liking we did ask for extra but they are a very individual thing. There was an enormous amount of space to store all your items the room was very well designed to fit everything in, I can’t understand why there is a whole selection of kitchen units when they don’t give you a knife or plate!! You get a fridge and a kettle with 2 mug’s and 2 glasses so a lot of space wasted with pointless units the room could have had more space again. Staff very pleasant and helpful great location only 2 mins on the tram to the centre of town.

The desk staff was wonderful and the room very comfortable. The dirty cups were never removed from our room and the coffee was not refilled. Most hotels include breakfast and the cost of $25 per person each day was way over priced. That was a disappointment.
