My stay at this hotel was very pleasant. Staff were happy and helpful, informative and pleasant. The hotel was clean, tidy and luxurious. Nothing was too much of a problem. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The staff, location and hotel overall was wonderful in every way. I would recommend staying here in a nano second! Easy to get around - if you ever feel like leaving the property! Service was outstanding even with a 4AM airport departure.

How many days would you recommend to stay here for a first-timer in Lausanne, solo traveler in her 30s? Looking to enjoy the amenities of the hotel and check out f the surrounding area too.
4 days and 3 nights should be enough to get a good glance at the city, 1 day for the surroundings and 1 day to relax before you head somewhere else. You will love it

Has the hotel parking on site? Or are there nearby alternatives for parking a car? Thanks
Yes, there is parking on site. A large underground parking lot under the hotel with a security parking gate... at a cost of 30+ Francs a night. A bit overpriced but at least it's convenient and safe. There is valet parking at the hotel. When you are a guest at this hotel, you get a free Lausanne transportation card. The tram is extremely safe (Swiss !!) and convenient and only a few steps away from the hotel lobby. I had rented a car for the weekend, used it from the train station rental place on Friday to go to the hotel - 5 minute drive, and drove it back at checkout on Sunday !!! Lausanne is a great city to visit by foot and tram.
