I stayed here for 2 nights. The rooms are spacious and I had 3 single beds in my room. The bathroom, however, is not so spacious and one can easily fall in the tub-shower due to a step at an awkward place. They offer a basket of complimentary slippers, shaving blades, toothbrushes and each room has an umbrella you can use when going out. The hotel is centrally situated with shops and restaurants nearby. There are a lot of Indian restaurants in the same street as the hotel. The breakfast at this hotel is disappointing and as a tour group we were restricted to sit altogether at one long table. The rooms are extremely warm. We could not turn down the heating but someone from reception was willing to help. There is a fridge, kettle and complimentary teas and coffee in the room.

It was the most affordable accommodation we could find on short notice, and the pleasant staff made it enjoyable. The beds seemed to be thin and the room was small. There weren't many packets of shampoo but we made do. Good location. I would recommend just don't get your hopes up.

My wife and I stayed at Hotel Weisses Kreuz for 3 nights. The hotel location is great- it is close to Interlaken west (6-8 minutes of walk). There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel and buses go to Interlaken west and Interlaken Ost at regular intervals. We found this location very suitable when returning after a tiring day of sightseeing. All we needed to do was hop on the bus and get down right in front of the hotel. There are couple of grocery stores and restaurants near the hotel.

The hotel rooms are not very fancy but have a cozy feel. Some of the corridors have a dampness. I believe it’s an old construction, but the lower floors are slightly better. The superior room is better than the standard room- in terms of space and maintenance. All rooms get a refrigerator and a range of toiletries.

Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Right after checkin, we noticed that there was a slight water leakage in our room from the mini fridge. The front desk staff was prompt to change our room despite late in the evening. The front desk staff helped us in planning itineraries and guiding us to local restaurants and sight seeing places.

The hotel does offer a decent breakfast. The bread isn’t the best but all the other things are nice.

One thing to note - There is no kettle in the rooms. The hotel has a common sitting area where they have one microwave, one kettle and disposable plates and spoons. They also have coffee powder and tea bags with sugar and creamer in this common area. So while it does cause a little inconvenience without the kettle in the room (if you prefer to have tea coffee in your room), but overall, I think the common area is not a bad option.

Overall I think it’s a decent place for stay, nothing exceptional, but nothing bad either.

The only good part about this hotel is the TV. It gets lots of channels in multiple languages. The breakfast was also ok. Lots of hot and cold options, though the bacon wasn’t cooked and they weren’t fully set up on the day we were tgere, and we arrived 15 minutes after it was supposed to open.

The rooms don’t have air-conditioning, so don’t stay here during the summer. I didn’t sleep at all because it was so hot in the room, even with the windows open. The radiator in our room was completely turned off yet it made a noise like water dripping the entire night.

The shower had hair on the wall and the curtain had mold at the bottom, so it’s clear they don’t wash the curtain after each guest departs. Gross. The shower itself was so tiny, I could barely turn around, and the shower curtain stuck to my body. Also gross, knowing it’s not cleaned between guests. The drain didn’t work, so the tub filled up with water quickly and I had to turn the water off several times during my shower to let the drain clear, otherwise it would overflow. (It’s TINY!!!) I had to turn the water off and on at least three times during my 10 minute shower.

The hairdryer only worked for 30 seconds, then it overheated, so I had to wait until it cooled off, and then try again. It took three or four phases of overheating and waiting for it to cool before my hair was finally dry.

I was told that each room is different, so maybe I just got a bad one, but I won’t take my chances on a return visit. I’ll find a different hotel.

Best hotel in Interlaken…hands down! Great location just walking distance to Interlaken West station. Room was big. Necessities provided form towels to toothbrush and hair comb. Bed was comfortable. Staff were super friendly. There was a common room provided for the guests to use, complete with hot water kettle, drinking water dispenser, kitchen and tea/coffee as well as dining tables. Definitely will be back in the future. Thank you!

The hotel is significantly cheaper than the luxurious hotels in Interlaken, but it is also affordable. If you need an overnight stay and don't want to spend much time in the hotel, the Weise Kreuz is perfectly adequate. The staff were very friendly and committed. Everything was clean, I had 2 separate nights and therefore 2 different rooms. In one the bed was good, in the second it was very soft. The hotel is in 2 connected older buildings, so the rooms are not the same size and have different furnishings, in both rooms the bathroom was small but functional. Overall it is a bit noisy, so it also depends on who is in the next room...The WiFi varies in quality depending on the location of the room. The breakfast is fine and completely acceptable for the price and the hotel category.

The hotel was really well located, close to the train station, so an easy walk. It is right in the middle of town. Old style hotel that had lots of character
And a nice buffet breakfast
And in Interlaken, you get free bus transport for tourists
Found a wonderful brewery bar, just across the road and about 50 m away
Very reasonable meals and a great range of beer

Stayed here for three nights and was just right. The hotel is a walk away from the train station so it's easy to get around to other places to visit. Quite central given it was a walk to th Christmas market and churches. Staff wise - super helpful and friendly especially the ones working in the restaurant. Reception team was helpful to coordinate with the airlines and receive our lost luggage before we arrived. Breakfast was nice and just enough. Room was overlooking the street and was not noisy ( being winter); room was cosy and clean. Bathrooms as well. Cable TV, WiFi, mini fridge was just adequate. They don't so room service but have a restaurant at rh ground floor of th hotel. Enjoyed the stay!

Super hotel located in Interlaken on the main avenue, it is a 3-star hotel but I liked the triple room, very spacious, with a view of the mountains, the only small thing is the bathroom tub, which is too small, overall very good, it has a restaurant on the ground floor with basic breakfast, and another very good Italian restaurant but as everything in Switzerland is very very expensive. The rooms have single beds but fine. Very good area to visit Interlaken, I recommend it, expensive but located

Booked a triple room for 3 nights for family travel. The price was exorbitant- CHF 1005 for three nights - was expecting a good and comfortable stay. The room was cramped and the bathroom was tiny. It was difficult to even move around in the room. Positive side - location is good and stuff were helpful.

My standard room had timber (may have been laminate) flooring, but I would email them and ask. Then you can book whatever works best for you.
