This is one of the best B&B hotels I have been to and the price is really good with breakfast included. The breakfast is amazing with fresh bread, custom made yogurt and fresh fruits. The restaurant is nice and cosy and opens 24 hours for guests to sit around with friends and eat they own meals as the hotel only provides free breakfast. The hotel also has the best location with a few minutes walk to the main train station where you can find supermarket, lots of eateries, plus a medical centre which opens to 11pm. The hotel room is very clean and tidy. The staff memebers there are very friendly and caring. One day I got sick and the next days when they saw me they asked after me again. Feel so comfortable at the hotel and I was with a group of friends of 12 people. At the end of the day, we all say that ever if we are coming back to Luzern, we will definitely stay at the Hotel Central again!

We stayed with our two daughters (9 and 11) at this great little hotel. I originally selected it because they had family rooms and it was a short walk from the train station (and we were planning to do a lot of day trips via train), it exceeded our expectations. We had a beautifully appointed spacious room, with the girls on a fold out sofa bed. Breakfast is included and served in a large room on the 1st floor which is also open for guests to eat their own food at other times (we used it for dinner one evening). Breakfast is fresh with a great variety of options. Everyone we met who worked at the hotel was friendly and helpful and seemed to genuinely care about the guests. We loved Lucerne and would recommend anyone visiting the city to stay at the Hotel Central.

We stayed at Hotel Central Luzern for two days in early January 2020.
We arrived by train - The hotel is only a short walk (5 mins) from the train station which is very, very handy!
The lady at the reception was very nice. She showed us the main amenities of the hotel when we checked in.
Breakfast was included and the buffet is open from 7.00 - 10.00. The food is great! Free coffee and tea is available 24/7.
The rooms are very nice but are a little small. It was hard to move around the luggage and have two open suitcases in the room. The lady at the check-in advised us we were upgraded, so I wonder if there are rooms that are even smaller.
The location is great! It is right near the shopping area and a short walk to the Reuss.
Amazing little hotel and I would definitely stay here again if I ever happen to be in Lucerne again.

We stayed three nights in a double room COSY. The room was spacious and clean. Plenty of room amenities are provided (see uploaded pictures). The well-equipped ensuite bathroom was modern and nice. The breakfast was served in a large dining area (breakfast lounge). Guests are welcome to use this area to have their own meals. Lift is available for guests to access to higher floors. The staffs were friendly and helpful. The location of this hotel is strategically located - within walking distance to the iconic Chapel Bridge and the Luzern train station. Definitely will stay here again for future visit.

Staff was very accommodating, even letting us store our bags in their lockers until our room was ready. Breakfast each morning was good & the room was clean, neat & comfortable. Not far from the train station or from Lucerne Old Town. If asked, yes, I would stay here again.

an excellent hotel with ideal location , in the heart of city and train station only 5 min walks and all buses and trams are close by with major market area and shopping centre , you are so close to main bridge on river with beautiful sights hotel staff are extra ordinary courteous and very helpful at all times it was very clean and most efficient main and supporting staff . it has tea and coffee services in each room which is most needed by any visitors with Iron available for pressing clothes . Break fast is well laid out with all the necessary items which caters for any visitors we enjoyed our stay and i suggest all to stay in this hotel if he wants to enjoy the city most efficiently thanks Hotel staff for making our stay most pleasant and wonderful

My husband and I spent a Tuesday through Saturday at this hotel. Just one block from the bahnhof (train station) made it a quick walk. We arrived around 9 AM. Our room wasn't ready, nor did we expect it to be.....but staff took our luggage, gave us room keys, oriented us to the city and amenities at the Hotel. We could return at noon for our room. From start to finish, it was a phenomenal stay. Cleam comfortable rooms, friendly helpful staff ( Brischka, Cristian, Stefan, and Sybille), an amazing breakfast spread - not your typical European Continental breakfast, but so much more, with a focus on fresh! (See photo) Their breakfast room was accommodating and served as a lounge area the rest of the day. Wines, beers, and other beverages were available for purchase. Coffees and teas available 24/7! Rooms were comfortable and very clean. Bottled sparkling water was refreshed in our room daily and included with our rooms. People here were genuinely happy to help us - with directions, recommendations for meals and outings, even posting a daily recommendation on a board for guests! We know we will return to 🇨🇭 Switzerland! It will definitely include another stay at Hotel Central in Luzern!

My wife and I recently stayed at the Central Luzern hotel The room was clean and spacious, the included breakfast was amazing with lovely fresh breads , cheeses, meats , choices of hard or soft eggs , fruit, pastries. And the best thing was Tea and coffee available all day which is great as it costs £4 to £5 min everywhere in Switzerland. The Hotel is located in a wonderful area near to the Chapel Bridge & the Main Station, both 2 mins walking. Plus I have to say the staff were amazing and very helpful & polite thank you We had an amazing stay

I had a great stay in this hotel. I would totally recommend staying here. I was in luzern for 5 days for work and the hotel covered all my needs. It is less than 5 minutes walking from the Central Station, close to nice restaurants and other amenities. Breakfast is included in the price and it will not disappoint. The service I got from all the staff was great, always ready to help.

This is the sweetest hotel and is in a stunningly convenient location, just 4 minutes walking from the train station and a 2 minute walk to the famous chapel Bridge. The breakfast was beautifully done and generous, though the breakfast room could use a little soft background music. 😉 All of the staff we encountered were extremely friendly and helpful. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
