We have just returned from a visit to Stefania’s B&B which was amazing. The rooms were light , warm and very spacious and the location was very central and convenient. The bountiful breakfast buffet was to die for with her home made cakes and pancakes as well as fresh fruit and cereals. Thank you so much and we hope to see you and Elio again soon.

We have just had a three night stay with Stefania at her beautiful B and B and have loved every minute. So pleased we stopped here instead of a hotel. The room was beautifully maintained and the breakfast was to die for. Stefania is a fabulous cook and produced the most wonderful dishes. It was such a treat. The B and B is in a lovely area of the historical district, literally a 5 minute walk to the main piazza. Quite simply, the location couldn’t have been better. Thank you so much for your hospitality Stefania, we will be returning when we come to visit Olivia. Much love to you and little Elio xx

Stefania is very responsive, attentive, and personable. From my initial inquiries about availability up until we arrived and during our stay, she made sure we knew that we shouldn’t hesitate to ask for anything. She has such a warm, sweet, inviting personality and her b&b reflected the same. My mom and I enjoyed every minute of our stay there. Stefania prepared quite a menu for breakfast every day. Her baking and cooking skills definitely shined through each dish as did her passion for doing both. There was such a wide variety of sweet and savory foods to choose from each morning along with fresh fruit juices and hot beverages - you were certain to leave the b&b each morning satisfied. Get your walking shoes on – true to form of all the buildings in the historical center, there was no lift and thus several flights of stairs before arriving to the b&b, but it was definitely worth if for the breathtaking panoramic views we had from our room and from the balcony off the kitchen. The room we stayed in was spacious and nicely decorated with attention to detail. The bathrooms were equally as spacious and both my mom and I were pleased with how neat and clean the facilities were. Having a kettle with assortment of teas in the room was a perfect touch as we often found ourselves partaking in a cup of tea in the evening as we were unwinding from the excursion of the day. She even had a little fridge in the room, in case we had beverages we wanted to keep cool or if we needed to use it for anything else. It was as though Stefania thought of everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We would definitely come back again and stay at B&B 7 Baci and we certainly recommend this accommodation for those visiting Perugia.…

Stefani is one of the best cooks ever! She treated us with her magical dishes each morning and I have to say they were every one marvelous. Stefani is kind and creative and a great host. The views from our window were amazing! The rooms were fun and creative and comfortable. We appreciated all of her efforts to make us feel at home in her home. All was as it should be, wonderful!

From initial emails to greeting - Stefania was very helpful, informative about Perugia and her breakfast was great. The room was perfect and the location in the arty area only 5 minutes from the centre. Good restaurants close by and the 3 flights of stairs with our luggage was great exercise after a day in the train. Would definitely stay here next time we are in Perugia.

This is an excellent b&b , we had a spacious room with a panoramic view over the valley below Perugia It has beautiful design and art , Stefania is very creative with her use of furniture, pictures , books and more. The whole b&b has a wonderful aesthetic quality to it . Stefania’s breakfasts are superb , a range of so much food and such quality It is located close to the historic centre , and is close to several restaurants Stefania gave good recommendations of things to see and where to eat It is great value

We stayed with Stefania and her endearing dog for four nights. The apartment is beautifully appointed and Stefania treated us to a delightful home prepared breakfast each morning. While enjoying breakfast we chatted with a Stefania about her home town and how to enjoy its many pleasures. These pleasures start when you open the windows and take in a stunning view over the surrounding countryside. The continue with the history and culture and food of this enchanting city. Our stay at Baci 7 was a pivotal part of our enjoyment of Perugia. Thank you Stefania.

We had a wonderful stay at Stefania's appartment, located in the city center 5min away from the Duomo and in a bohemian charming district. The flat is on the last floor (no elevator) but the view is stunning. The flat is beautifully decorated with renovated and flea-market furniture, which makes it very cosy. Our room was spacious with a panoramic view on Perugia roofs and scenary (we could see Assisi). Breakfast is served in Stefania's kitchen, with homemade tortas, pancakes, ... Stefania and (su amore) dog Elio, are adorable. She recommended us great local bars and restaurants. I totally fell in love with her place and her cooking. If you have a car, park in one of the city center parcheggios except the mercato coperto (very expensive and very narrow), they are maximum 10-15min away by foot.…

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights. the host was wonderful. location is great, with excellent view. the air-conditioning in the room was a pleasant surprise, as the days were exteremely hot. Breakfast was excellent.
