The camera isn't lying about the beauty of this property or its extensive views over the Umbrian countryside. However, as is often the case with this type of establishment, it's the owners who make it truly special. Mark and Erika have been prepared, both by their personalities and their extensive backgrounds in the hospitality industry, to be perfect hosts. The hilltop setting of the B&B is is lovely and tranquil. The rooms are pleasant and comfortable. And the breakfast -- often featuring a home-made pastry, in addition to fresh fruit, juices, an assortment of cold meats and cheeses, and good coffee -- is ample and tasty. However, it was the hosts' suggestions for visiting out-of-the-way places, tips for managing busy places like Assisi, and recommendations and reservations for restaurants in and around Perugia (as well as parking instructions) that really put our three days in Perugia over the top. The only people who might not consider this an ideal spot (in addition to those who like to disco till dawn) are those who require a fast and reliable Wi-Fi service. Because it's on the outskirts of town, the B&B has a broadcast internet signal rather than a cable link, so service can be variable. Mind you, if someone puts aside the laptop and simply enjoys the fresh air and beautiful setting, that might be a good thing. …
we stayed one week, the location is great, our 3 years old kid enjoyed the swimming pool a lot. The hosts are very friendly, they gave us useful insights and treated us like family. The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable.
Thanks to the hospitality of Erica and the excellent location of the agriturismo we had a wonderful time. See you again! The place is quiet but Perugia is close nearby (4 km). In addition, it has a wonderful view.
We recently stayed at this beautiful agriturismo for 5 nights. We could not have chosen a better location for our holiday in Umbria. The location of the agriturismo is very good: it’s easy to get to Perugia (10 mins by car) and other beautiful cities such as Assisi and Spello. From the agriturismo you have the most wonderful view over the hills and the villages below. The house and the gardens are very nice and there is a large swimming pool with sunbeds. It was nice to relax there after a day of sight-seeing. Our room was spacious, clean, and lovely decorated. Mark and Erika, our hosts, were simply amazing. They made us feel so welcome and spoiled us with homemade cakes and scones for breakfast. They also gave us very good tips for day trips and excursions. For example we went to a local olive farm and we visited the enchanting city of Bagnoregio. Thank you Mark and Erika for your excellent hospitality. We enjoyed our holiday very much! …
We celebrated New Year's Even in a non-traditional way by staying at this beautiful farmhouse in Perugia. I was so glad we did! The property is very peaceful and serene, surrounded by olive trees, wild brush and flowers with long stunning views into the surrounding Umbrian landscape. Though it was winter, we can only imagine coming back for summer to enjoy the pool! The owners are especially delightful and have lived all over the world serving the hospitality industry! Name a place and they have probably visited or lived there which means they know how to cater to the needs to an international customer. My son especially liked playing with their cats and dog. We especially liked the home-made torte for breakfast and celebratory hot-wine for New Year's Day here. I highly recommend staying at this farmhouse.…
This is a special place in Umbria. The view is great. The owners are great. The whole staying is great. They deserve a five stars feedback. We had only two nights but we already wish to come back soon.
We didn’t stay here, but came across the lovely looking agriturismo by getting lost on our way to another location! Close to Perugia and Assisi, the grounds looked over a valley and there was a pool close by. Erika was so helpful and even called the host of our destination agriturismo to alert them of our delay. They get a gold star for customer (or possible future customer) service!
We stayed for four days at the Agriturismo San Felicissimo during the beginning of January. The location is awesome 😎 with spectacular view towards Assisi. To Perugia it's only 10 Min. The management of the Agriturismo was taken over from the new owners. We had booked bed & breakfast but also small snacks were available. The rooms are nice an cozy with breathtaking views. In general we received first class hospitality with an individual touch.
Stayed at Agriturismo San Felicissimo and truly enjoyed this beautiful farmhouse accommodation with its convenient location, which is very close to Perugia as well as to all historic towns worth of a visit in Umbria. The rooms are very nice, clean and comfortable and breakfast was excellent too! This agriturismo has a large pool with beautiful views over the countryside emerged in flowers. Will certainly return when I have the chance and I can highly recommend this agriturismo.
Although I had high expertations due to the nice reviews of previous visitors, my stay exceeded all expectations! The property is beautiful, the owners Erica & mark are professional, courteous, very helpful and made me and my family feel verry welcome. Rooms and breakfast are great and the agriturismo is more like a small boutique hotel as it is that well presented. The location is so close to Perugia , yet completely away from any noise, other than the birds singing. The views from the rooms and the pool are stunning overlooking the Umbrian landscape. My stay was far too short and i look forward to staying again hopefully very soon!
