Our room was located above the train station and a very busy street so there was noise all night. The window was not capable of closing correctly so we couldn't sleep at all... The insulation definitely has to be reworked. Regarding the positive aspects, the hotel owns a free private parking and the breakfast offers various homemade cakes !

On a journalistic roam around tuscany I decided to stay at this hotel for three days but was so disappointed.. I found reception to be lacking in personality and overall air of not caring..On my last night had to bear a child crying in room next door as walls are paper thin.No mini bar no shuttle bus no aiding tourists on arrival...In fact had written twice to the hotel before arrival both my emails ignored..Location is around 15 minutes off but off the beaten track near rail lines..My saving advice was The Breaksfast staff awesome manager dressed n black suit ..smiling and courteous in fact my bro runs a low cost air carrier would give him a job..and the lady serving breakfast. Smiling and professional...so friendly.. ADVICE read your reviews management and take heed as such a pity...

All elements are OK, but not more. Shower rather low quality and breakfast terrible (COVID-related) service. I am getting used (or rather not) to the completely outdated WiFi set-up in Italian hotels: complicated access codes, regular re-entering of the code required in some, moderate coverage, ...

The first day we arrived early and they let us go to the room which was very nice, but we had to leave the room again because our bathroom did not stop running water, when we returned we had to ask if it had been repaired and although the receptionists were not rude it just seemed like they were always too busy to even reply when you said good morning. The second day we returned at 3:00 p.m. and our room had not been cleaned and we told the manager that every day we left at 9 o'clock and returned around 3 o'clock so she had all that time to clean, while we we had to wait at the hotel bar which is not open during the day so we could not even have a coffee, third day, we returned at 3 and guess what room had not been cleaned? Yes, ours, once again, after exploring, we wanted to rest and had to wait outside for it to be cleaned. We told the receptionist that it was the second time and we asked if a coffee was possible, but the answer was no. I had to pee, so I went to the restaurant's bathroom, where one door did not close due to the damage to the wall and the other two had no paper, not only the bathrooms had no paper but there was no paper to dry the hands and of the 3 sinks only one worked. I include photos of the bathroom that is not what is expected of a 4-star hotel, a safe that obviously did not work and sheets that must be changed. Now not everything is negative, the breakfast is quite varied, the lady who serves it is extremely nice and the person who prepares the coffee not only makes it delicious but also makes an extra effort to make it beautiful.

It was a pleasant stay, thanks to the friendly staff and their hospitality, especially a very nice gentleman as i remember his name is Simone, who was doing his best to serve the guests and make sure all is fine. moreover this hotel is a walking distance from the Pisa tower, and has a free parking which is not easy to find if you want to stay in town.
