Room was nice, had the bedroom and a bathroom plus a terrace overlooking Florence and the sunset every night. The breakfast buffet was exceptional and the staff was extremely courteous and friendly. My only disappointment was the toilet, almost every time you used it you needed to flush 3-4 times. Other than this, Great hotel.

Very nice Hotel, clean and comfortable near to the “Centro Storico”, easy to arrive its a great cost benefit! Come to the Rooftop Bar and enjoy a very nice Sunset with a friendly staff! Ask for the Ginger Honey cocktail made by Taoufiq, the Bartender É ESPETACOLARE!

This hotel had the largest room and was the most modern of any hotel we stayed in during a recent guided tour of Italy. It is in walking distance of an area with many restaurant options if that is important to you. My only wish is that we did not spend additional nights here.

This is the second time I organize an International event in this facility, and it is just great! The hotel staff is always incredibly helpful, any problem has always an immediate solution. The events manager Francesco Dentico is the best. The hotel is always very good in terms of accommodation as well. I will definitely choose NH Firenze for my next event in Florence. Highly recommended.

All of the staff were brilliant! Every single staff member was so friendly and helpful. All the cleaning staff all say good morning and smile. The lady with blonde curly hair at reception was especially helpful. She went out of her way to call all our existing online restaurant/bar reservations to confirm bookings. She also recommended and booked restaurants for all our other remaining days. It was a warm and welcoming environment and she felt at home at the hotel. The hotel rooms and bathrooms are bigger than they look in the pictures. They were always cleaned to an exceptionally high standard and I don't say that lightly. They were modern and were in good repair.

Our stay at the hotel was great! It was located in a perfect area, not too far from the city center. The river was a few meters away from the hotel. Hotel was clean and somewhat modern. Staff was very kind and helpful! The breakfast had multiple options which we enjoyed.

Modern rooms. Good bed. Clean and good bathroom. Gym has all the items you need. Breakfast has enough choices. While the hotel is a bit away from the center of the city you have a good starting base to walk from. A good starting point for a city trip.

We stayed over the Christmas period and had a great stay. Right from check in to the end, we felt welcomed and part of the family. The rooms are spacious and the beds very comfortable for a great nights sleep. Carlo at check in explained were to go and what to see and Alice and the restraunt crew were fabulous when we ate at the hotel. Cannot fault the hotel. A great stay.
