Hotel's Favorite
Excellent location, excellent staf, fine room and breakfast. Stayed for two nights to visit Firenze. The staff was very helpful with many things . Room was very nice , with exotically excellent isolation for the street noise. Bed was rather short for me (I am 1,90). WiFi was not so fast on 2nd floor. I would recommend the hotel to any traveller, you are 200 steps away from the Duome.

Great central position for exploring all the tourist hot spots. Hotel room/bathroom excellent and very clean. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. One minor gripe is service at breakfast, clearing and cleaning tables quickly seemed a problem for the young staff here.

This hotel appears to be good based on Google rating. The hotel did not have AC. Room was very hot and dated. The biggest problem of all was the mosquitos!! There were sooo many! We got bit up so much the first night. After the first night we told them about the problem and they gave us a fan that only worked on one setting. They also gave us a mosquito repellant plug in. This did absolutely nothing. They obviously knew mosquitos were a problem since they had these things on stand by. The next night we had to sleep without entire bodies out of the covers to prevent getting bit up by the mosquitos. I felt like I was a exterminator swatting mosquitos left and right. The location was very central and the front desk receptionist were friendly. However, I would never stay here again nor recommend anyone to stay here. …
