Beautiful, modern and comfortable hotel. All staff were extremely friendly. Convenient to the main attractions (museums, duomo, shopping, etc.). Breakfast buffet had plenty of variety. No complaints, all compliments. Room 502 with balcony was worth the splurge.

We found Hotel Milu from a friends recommendation and couldnt be happier with our experience. The staff was absolutely fantastic-- warm, welcoming and went out of their way to make sure our stay was top notch. They helped us organize covid tests before returning to the US, organized taxi's for us which arrived in just minutes, gave tons of great suggestions. We were in Florence to finalize a wedding venue for May 2023. My finace and I will definitely be staying at Milu when we return for our next trip and are going to use Milu as the #1 suggestion for our guests. The hotel is sparking clean, quiet, in a perfect location. I would 10/10 recommend the Milu!
