We did extensive research before selecting a hotel in Palermo. We selected this hotel because of the wonderful reviews and they couldn’t have been more right. Incredible pre trip communication by Davide and his team. We had lots of questions before coming to Palermo and Davide and his staff answered them all. The hotel is located on a quiet street in the center of Palermo. We will warmly greeted upon arrival and shown to our room. The room was very spacious, incredibly clean and the air-conditioning was the best ever hotel room! The best way to describe this hotel would be you’re staying in somebody’s private home and being treated like you’re at the Ritz Carlton. Breakfast was amazing. Everything was amazing. If you’re looking for a fantastic place to stay, look no further than Palazzo Natoli. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Hotel's Favorite
The service at Palazzo Natoli was second to none. We were upgraded, the staff helped us plan our stay and were so welcoming. The room was beautiful with shutters and a painted ceiling. Everything you could wish for on a hotel. Centrally located, warm staff, extremely clean, well priced and just perfect! We’ll be back for sure!

The hotel is brand new, very centrally located, just few minutes away from the major historical monuments of Palermo. The room was spotless and gorgeous while the breakfast, even though the buffet is temporarily suspended due to COVID reason, it was delicious with plenty of choice! A special thanks goes to Andrea and Matteo, they are really amazing!!! I got plenty of suggestions on what to visit or where to go dining. Eventually this place will feel like home. I am sure I will be back in the next future!

Fabulous location, friendly, helpful and knowledgable staff and beautiful building. It’s like staying in someone’s private home in the centre of Palermo, spacious modern rooms with all amenities. All of the staff had great ideas of places to visit as well as restaurants and the best views of the city. Just ask a question and they’ve already made phone calls and booked something. We will definitely return on our next trip to Palermo.

Room Tip: You have to choose your breakfast in advance as the dining room is very small.

A wonderful hotel with very nice and spacious rooms and a staff that is among the best we have ever met. We felt as the entire team took care of us, booked their favourite restaurants for us, got us a table in Villa Giulia for Italy's semi final in the Euro Football, booked our rental car, suggested what to try for breakfast. We miss you already! A big Thank you from Werners in room 3!
