It is a nice hotel with friendly staff and good service. We arrived early, and were able to check in before 11 am. The room was in good condition and the air condition worked well. The breakfast buffet had a variety of options and could be enjoyed either at the terrace or inside. A tasteful dinner menu is available. The hotel is centrally located 100 metres from the train station or 10 minutes from the airport.
The hotel is next to a busy road, but inside it is quiet. The food for breakfast was good and the coffee, as expected, excellent. The persons who work there are friendly and willing to assist.(At the reception and in the breakfast area) We want to name Emanuela esspecially, she is the example of how hospitality should be. She speaks good English, is very helpful and she smiles a lot. It makes a difference when people like her are behind the counter at the hotel, very welcoming.
Great property. Clean rooms with good facilities. There is some limited parking on site that is much better than any on-street options. Very good buffet breakfast. Didn’t try any other food options but they looked good. Receptionist on our arrival was amazing. She was booking in guests, then had to run to the car park to let people in as there was a fault with the barrier. Six hours later we called reception to ask for another pillow and she was at our door with a smile and the requested item. Perfect service. Location is great; a safe walk even late to the port area where the restaurant range from very good to excellent
We stayed here for 2 nights at the end of our holiday in Puglia and were delighted with the hotel. Although there was no temperature check when we checked in it seemed to us that there were excellent procedures in place, including timed breakfast slots, as we are early risers the 7am slot was perfect for us and was very quiet. There is a nice spacious covered terrace where you can take breakfast. We also relaxed here when we arrived, despite arriving before checkin time we got a room in 15 minutes. We took advantage of a late check our at 2pm as we had a 10pm flight. We left our luggage at the hotel and had one final lovely afternoon relaxing in Brindisi and before getting our bus to the airport (from the train station, just across the road from the hotel) we relaxed again in the terrace, and the receptionist very kindly offered us water and coffee. Despite being pretty full we rarely encountered other guests, social distancing worked really well. The location next to the train station is excellent, also on the other side there is a bus stop for the number 4 (20 minute ride) which takes you to the public beaches at Punta Penne, we went several times! Really happy with our stay, heartily recommend.…
We booked this hotel last minute after a terrible airbnb experience and we were not disappointed. The hotel is in the perfect location, lots of restaurants and you could walk everywhere. It was very clean, quiet, comfortable and the staff was friendly. This is a great home base if you are looking to explore up the coast, or go to the Ostuni and Alberobello.
