Really enjoyed our stay here. The location is perfect two minutes from San Marco with plenty of nearby restaurants. The staff are polite and friendly and helpful and the rooms are very nice with comfy beds. Replaced towels glasses etc every day very clean! Breakfast...More

Charming little room. Nice, clean. Employees kind and very helpful. Location perfect for Saint Mark's Square. Breakfast perfect, eggs, ham, pastry. Will stay here again as it was wonderful all around.

Take a look at the photo on their website. You will see that only 2 or 3 rooms have balconies. The room with the flags and balcony in the center is #203. The one above it on 3 also has a balcony. Most rooms have windows... More

I can't recall whether the main hotel has an elevator or not. You'll need to check with them. If you're located in the annexe next door to the hotel then, no it doesn't. The stairs are quite steep and you need to be fit... More
