Very well located - close to all means of transportation and a very nice walk away from San Marco and Rialto Bridge. From many of the rooms you can admire a view of the stunning Venetian canals and dive into the romantic atmosphere of this beautiful city. Hotel Papadopoli Venezia is very well decorated and it’s the perfect couple getaway. We loved our big suite and comfy big bed and the delicious breakfast. Also the staff was incredibly friendly. Thank you for the unforgettable stay.
What a lovely hotel. We were so happy with our stay. The room was inviting and elegant with beautiful canal views. Comfortable lush bed and great rainfall shower. Welcome cookies and beverages/snacks in mini fridge. The front desk were so helpful with suggestions from places to eat and different things to do. Very warm, friendly, and inviting from check in to check out. Breakfast was delicious every morning. I can’t say enough great things about this hotel! Thank you for making our stay in Venice so very special. We will return!! All the best to the wonderful staff that make this establishment so great!!!
We searched for a special place to celebrate our wedding anniversary and we did it: the Papadopoli hotel was the perfect place! Elegant and clean, the hotel very well positioned for both public transportation and walking to explore and enjoy Venice. Just across the street (sorry, across the bridge 😊) you can mingle with the people eating and drinking in the piazzetta or, if you want a quiet place, just close the windows of your room, and you get a perfect silence. You choose. Very nice food in the restaurant and a cozy atmosphere in the bar. A special thank you goes to the Papadopoli’s team that always provided a prompt and courteous service
The hotel is very well located closely to the Piazza Roma station for easy airport connection and good location to start exploring the city. The room, bathroom are clean and comfortable. Very comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Only negative point was the big number of mosquitoes in the room, but that is not uncommon in the waterrich area. After spending bit of time catching the mosquitoes this trouble is over. Hopefully the staff don't open the windows when cleaning. The airco works fine.
Stayed over Easter for five nights. Landed at airport around 9pm and took the ATVO bus to the island, was two minutes walk from bus station to hotel. Was checked in by Marco who described where all the sights were and gave details about the hotel. We are members of the Accor loyalty which meant we were eligible for 20% discount on food in the hotel. He took the email address linked to the account and made sure our account number was added to the booking. Room was small but really comfortable with good view over the canal. Lovely furniture and all rooms looked a bit different. Plenty of room for two large suitcases and the cupboards had lots of space. Bathroom was nice size with large walk in shower and high end toiletries in full size bottles and lots of additional amenities in bathroom. Room was spotless and cleaned daily very quickly. Lovely comfortable bed and lots of plugs and usb charging points by the bed too. It’s about 20 minutes to St Marco but it means you can adventure around and get lost in all the little streets. There are a number of lovely restaurants that are high quality and good value around the hotel as well as lots of cafes and bars. I really can’t fault the location, hotel quality or cost. This really needs to be your go to hotel in Venice if you’re looking for a lovely comfortable stay.…
