Don't be fooled by this hotel's star rating. The Venezia is a solid hotel in the center of Trento's pedestrian zone on a piazza just opposite of the cathedral. Many restaurants, cafes, and shops are just steps away. Rooms are very clean and spacious with high ceilings. Furnishings are quite spartan - a speck of color here or there certainly wouldn't hurt. But much would already be gained if the compact fluorescent tubes with their terrible light were replaced by halogen or newer led bulbs. Bathrooms are clean and appear to have been refurbished recently. Breakfast is simple but good. And the staff throughout the hotel is very friendly. Trento does not have a huge selection of hotels. If you want to stay in the center of the old town, then this one is a good pick.

Hotel has all the amenities you'd want, and that's ok. The rooms are spacious, breakfast is excellent and the team is very good too, speaking English well and very servicable. The location is fantastic. Minor downside is that there is no parking on site (which they could've communicated beforehand) but we had no problems once we were at the hotel.

This is a real in a good way old fashioned, simple hotel on the piazza Duomo in the old center. Nice, high rooms with furniture from the 80th. No restaurant with the hotel, but plenty places around. Nice breakfast, the room is a bit small. The offer a large room for bicycles.
