We were only in Trento for one evening; however, Hotel America was not only reasonably priced, we were quite surprised by the quality of the room but also it's good proximity to the historic center. There is a parking garage right next to the hotel which is convenient. I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay In Trento.
Had never heard of trento before, what a gem of a place. Beautiful and quaint old town with lots of history an plenty to do and see. The hotel was clean and well looked after, hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. Our room was very comfortable and breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Definitely will stay here again
We stayed at one of the Hotel America’s apartments which are located in the street behind the hotel. Very central for the town Center and the train station. The apartment was very secure as there was an outside door leading to a cobbled courtyard then an inner door then the elevator to floor where the apartment was and another door. The apartment was spacious and the kitchen well equipped. The bedroom was in a loft and the bed was huge and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.
Located very centrally, we stayed here for two nights as part of a tour group. We found the hotel to be very comfortable and friendly. Our room was an adequate size and well furnished with complimentary water provided in the room's fridge. Breakfast on both mornings was lovely - especially the apple cake!
We stayed here in Trento for a couple of nights. Although the hotel is friendly, very clean and well located, our room didn't match up with the photos online that were perhaps taken some years ago. The hotel room had no natural light, was down a narrow chicane hallway and was rather outdated. Granted we didn't pay for the top range suite but previous reviews would lead you to believe all rooms are premiere. We certainly paid a premiere price. Breakfast has a wide range of choices in cereals, cakes and cooked meats but the lauded breakfast veranda is part of the front carpark. In general the hotel is a little battered and dated. The hotel strap line is 'simply different' but we failed to understand why this was so- apart from a free bottle of water. With a little updating and TLC this hotel could be worth the cost of staying there…
