This hotel should be the textbook example of what a luxury hotel should be: elegant, graceful, efficient but non-intrusive service. It is a beautiful and very artistic hotel with a great sense of design throughout the common areas and the room. The color of the walls in the room, the curtains and lightings are just beautiful and so stylish. The front desk staffs are probably the most efficient and well-trained team I have encountered in all the hotels I have stayed in the world--their words and instructions are exactly what a guest needs to know but without any extra wasting of time. Throughout our stay, the services in all areas of the hotel were like this: understated and graceful with a great respect for your privacy yet at the same time very attentive, providing everything you need without being in your face. The rooftop garden and bar has a great view. Great location, within walking distance to everything. Although next to the train station, we did not hear any noise while in our room. For parking, we used the train station garage, which is 1 minute away. Be careful, they counted each day ending at 12 midnight, not 24 hours from when you entered the garage.

Hotel's Favorite
Beautiful hotel, with very fine furniture, chandeliers and finishing. Staff is very welcoming, friendly and helpful indeed. Rooms are immaculately clean and very nicely appointed. The roof terrace at the top sixth floor provides wonderful views of Turin, and on a clear day, a great view of the Alps. Breakfast is great with all the expected, hot, cold, sweet and savoury options that can be expected of a hotel of this level. Serving staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The use of very warm furnishing and colour schemes, and the nature of the grand building (palazzo) provides for a very relaxing stay.

We stopped in Torino for one night on our way from Switzerland to Monaco and we were so impressed with the warm welcome we received from all the staff at the hotel. The room was beautifully decorated, the rooftop dinner was sophisticated and the view was amazing at sunset overlooking the entire city. The train station is directly across the hotel which has its upside and downside, but I would definitely come back again for the Italian hospitality!

We were very happy in this hotel. Simona showed us two rooms before check-in as we wanted a balcony. Thank you and a very rare gesture. The bellboy had fun to drive our Porsche into the garage (so has it to be...) and took care. The rooftop was amazing. Good vibe, good food, excellent cocktails and very charming attendants. Job well done, we shall return
