Friendly, accommodating, kind service; great breakfast; clean and conveniently located. Even the bar by the hotel lobby was so helpful. I wanted to purchase a red local wine but didn't know which ne. so the bar tender made me try out 3 recommendations for me to try and choose from. Once I chose it, he said it would be sent to our room: it arrived with wine glasses and some nuts, olives, and chips with it. Great service indeed!

We spent 3 nights in Turin with another couple. Overall experience was excellent. Location was excellent…valet parking for car that we didn’t need for entire stay. Recommend the roof top bar with limited menu and the ground floor restaurant. The room and facilities 5 star. The breakfast is great. Most important the staff at front desk and in food service is 5+ stars….they couldn’t have been more helpful or pleasant. Highly recommend!

I can't say enough good things about our stay at Turin Palace Hotel. I was on a trip to Turin with my mum and we just LOVED this hotel! Everything was top-tier quality, from the absolutely charming and friendly staff to the sparkling-clean and luxuriously comfortable room. The bed was so comfortable and cosy, the sheets were soft as silk. Touches like a bathrobe and slippers made it feel all the more special. The breakfast buffet is also fantastic and has everything you could want to start your day with - and you can order a big pot of coffee with it! Everything about this hotel was perfect but what we loved most was the staff - they were so accommodating and went above and beyond for us. All in all, a perfect stay that we would highly recommend!

Very nice, clean, well-appointed hotel near the best shopping and sights of Turin. The bar staff is incredible, specifically Gabriel and Simone. They had us laughing, treated us like royalty, and took all the time we needed for questions. The breakfast was very good with numerous options. We will definitely return. The only downside was the rooms at night are quite warm so it was difficult to sleep.

My husband and I were in Italy for work & added on 3 nights in Turin, where we met up with a friend. Arriving LATE (we drove), our friend arranged with the bar to have something brought up just as the kitchen closed. Check in was a breeze. Catching up on the balcony was delightful under the full moon. I booked some conflicting reservations for a wine tasting & a separate dinner. Concierge Loredana was able to straighten my mess! Hotel is well-located and walking distance to EVERYTHING. Hotel is Old World, but Modern — much like the City. Rooms are fabulous, as is staff! No chance we’d stay anywhere else when returning to Turin. Loved every minute of our stay. Thank you! We will be back!

Can’t recommend this hotel enough. All the staff are very kind and considerate. An old knee injury of my husband’s flared up whilst visiting the hotel. One particular young lady on reception was so kind to us - she pulled all the stops out to help Alan. SINCERE APOLOGIES BUT I CANT FIND HER NAME. BUT SHE WAS A ⭐️ Lovely breakfast too. Really sets you up for a day of sightseeing.

It is impossible to find the words to describe this hotel's amazing service and rooms. Fabulous pretty much sums it up. Rooms are wonderful. Breakfast is over the moon (with Sara running the show to perfection). Location is perfect just across from Porta Nuova and close to everything special in Torino. And the staff are of the highest standards. I've stayed in top hotels around the world, but the Turin Palace is by far my favorite.
