Stayed two nights for business. Staff and Rooms are great. I had a large room with very good work space and lighting. The location is great but not in the city center. It is close to shops and restuarants and well situated though. A very good value and secure parking. I did get some noise at night from a few local bars
The GM and his team are a great host. It is really the staff that make a hotel, not the walls. In the entrance you are greeted by a professional Nespresso machine beating any percolating coffee maker. Accessible to all it can open your day or close it as you wish. As a Marriott ambassador I booked at the last second and received A1 treatment. Upgrade to the best suite as well as a welcome gift of a bottle of Prosecco and formaggio & prosciutto. The suite was very clean and spacious with a sumptuous bed. The food and service for dinner was outstanding. The staff was impeccable in their response. You asked, within minutes the request was honored. I’ll go back as a repeat guest in a heartbeat.
Rooms are very spacious, very nice bathrooms, excellent breakfast with very quality foods actually not frozen bakeries for example . Hotel has been built in an old pasta factory, the building is gorgeous, even the fact that the reception area seems odd and not welcoming, with an ugly ramp for the handicapped chairs, the design should have thought better.
We stayed for 3 nights in early December. The hotel exceeded my expectations. It was easy to find and I actually found it felt like a real neighbourhood vibe in the area, not touristy at all. It is walking distance 5min from Spezia subway. The subway system is great. Eataly is literally next door. This is the original Eataly and it is not touristy at all. Loved it. Ate there 3 times. There is a large shopping mall across from Eataly in the old Fiat factory. (Go to the racetrack as part of the Pinoteca Agnelli gallery!). I found all the staff very friendly and breakfast was a real pleasure in an open airy setting. Housekeeping was great and if we were leaving our room, they would ask it if was OK to clean it! Hotel rates are great and it is part of Marriott Bonvoy. Rooms are clean and modern. Lots of outlets. I would not hesitate to stay here again on my next visit to Turin. P.S. They sent up a bottle of wine from the manager on my birthday! We had not said anything or told anyone.…
First let’s start with the positives. Hotel lobby is nice and inviting, staff really good and helpful. Parking on site which was really great! As titanium members we were upgraded to a nice suite, very comfortable and large. The breakfast was good, lots of hot and cold variety. Super clean room, and the valet was great with our bags and bringing extra linens. I’d give the hotel itself a 10 on a 3-4 star basis, based on quality of hotel. It’s priced very budget friendly. We were staying one night on our way through town to stay in Nice. The negatives. From the outside you can’t even tell it’s a hotel and the neighborhood looks sketch. It’s safe, but not pretty. There are no cafes close by, walking to any of the tourist sites is not a pretty walk. Dirty and generally unimpressive. I won’t stay here again, because I like to walk to places and enjoy the walk. But if you’re on a budget, this would be a great hotel. Just plan to Metro everywhere, which is pretty close by. …
