We stayed for two weeks in this hotel . The hotel is situated near a subway station, in a safe zone of Turin. The room was large, with all you need. All was clean and the room keeper cleaned daily the room and changed the towels. The beds were very comfy. No noisy zone .A big supermarket is at 200 m. The staff is very helpful, friendly and efficient: Mr.Franco, Mr. Claudio and Mr.Cosmin made us to feel like we were the guests of a family and not hotel customers. So, our trip to Turin was perfect. We'll return sure in this hotel in our next trip in Turin.
I stayed one night in a spacious room with double bed, TV, large bathroom, desk, and wardrobe. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. My only complain is that the window was broken, and so the room was pretty cold. The hotel offers a continental breakfast, with fruit, pastries, bread, jams, yogurt, and various types of coffees, teas, and juices. There was also gluten free food. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was pretty close to the metro station, and so it was easy to move around.
Easy access to/by metro (2 min), room well equipped with all mandatory facilities, clean, reasonable breakfast, polite staff, a small quiet room (bar) close to the reception where you can work, a variety of places around for eating (from restaurants to mini markets)
Given the high price of 98 USD per night and I got what I wanted. I wanted a hotel to situate next to metro and easy to access from outskirt of turin where my meeting took place.. it do the job! The room is good size and lovly equipped with two wardrobes, lamps, private bathroom. The staff is nice and helpful, I met 3 receptionists whom very kind and paying attention to my requests. NOTHING to complain! For tourist, I walked to Royal Palace with 30 mins, I am a slow walker but the bus stop and metro is right in fron of the hotel so no worries. It costed 16 euro to go to bus terminal by taxi. Lov it..
The hotel is conveniently located, next to a metro stop. While it does not seem close to many shops, there is a trattoria nearby, typically frequented by locals. The staff is friendly and ready to help although occasionally they can be a bit careless. The breakfast choice is limited, missing some vegetables or types of drinks or bread or fruit or hot food; but at least providing a basic choice and good selection of jams. The room seems specially old though it is clean -- except for the bathtub, where a tiny white-ish bug was found next to the drain. Also, depending on the time of the day, the water can take up to some minutes to become hot. Restricted selection of amenities in the bathroom and could not found A/C panel anywhere in the room. The wifi worked perfectly and there was a small fridge with water bottles inside. All that being said, the price does not seem high so the quality may be adequate.…
