The room I stayed in at eurohotel was on the small side, but certainly not lacking in faciliries, with storage space, en suite bathroom and TV etc. The location is good, with easy access to public transport and tourist destinations easily accessible by foot with a walk. Breakfast is available at a nearby partner restaurant - they give you a voucher for 5 euro to spend there.

Dear guest, thank you from all our staff for taking the time to write your review. Our staff is always ready to help customers. Eurohotel is in the center of Milan in the Liberty district of Porta Venezia. The neighborhood is full of beautiful period buildings, but also restaurants and pubs open until late at night. So a very bright and safe neighborhood, even in the late evening. To then create a shelter against Coronavirus in Eurohotel, we then carried out many works and purchased new specific equipment: 1) The new reception, completely insulated with glass up to the ceiling. 2) The airport-type Thermoscanner, at the reception, to automatically measure the temperature of anyone entering or leaving the hotel 24 hours a day. So not just the first day when you arrive !!! 3) The ozone machines with which all rooms for arriving guests are sanitized. Until your next visit !!!

The location of this hotel is wonderful. I am not the best at walking due to a knee injury and this hotel is just within walking distance for me to the biggest sights and attractions. Friendly staff. Nice rooms, good bed, amazing shower, clean and pretty spacious eventhough we are staying in the classic double. Very happy with our booking here.

Dear guest, thank you from all our staff for your super review with a score of 10. We are pleased you appreciated our location in the center of Milan in the Liberty district of Porta Venezia. So not just the first day when you arrive !!! 3) The ozone machines with which all rooms for arriving guests are sanitized. We look forward to seeing you soon !!! Gentilissimo ospite, grazie da parte di tutto il nostro staff per la sua super recensione con votazione 10. Myself and a friend had booked to stay here in March. The hotel closed down so we were unable to travel. At the time the hotel told us we would be entitled to our money back for the trip and they would be in contact in April. I heard nothing so had to follow up with them this month. I was unfortunate enough to get a VERY rude receptionist. He is claiming that we were a NO SHOW! Even though the hotel was shut! I was told the hotel would no longer refund my nearly 500 Euro, they would give me a voucher instead because "Our Management consider it meeting necessity of most our clients". I explained that my circumstances have considerably changed, both my parents got coronavirus and I am not full time carer for my mother, so I wont be going on holidays anytime in the foreseeable future, I got an email back saying that wasn't the hotels problem! Shocking service. Considering what we have all gone through I wasn't expecting to be treated so poorly. I had to leave my job to care for my mother, that 500 Euro (which they had already promised they would return) was already spent on bills.

I stayed at this hotel for a couple of days and can not recommend it. For a truck driver who wants an overnight stay it’s ok. But for families or couples this hotel is definitely not good. There is absolutely no pleasure in living in it. Gloomy interior, poor breakfast, overpriced for what you get. The weird rule is that you must leave the room key at the front desk. Once the staff gave my room key to an elderly German lady, she was surprised no less than me when she entered my room. The most unpleasant thing is that I left my money in the room when I left. I emailed to the hotel while I was boarding the plane, the staff confirmed that they had found my money. But I am not able to get my money back, the staff in every way evades giving me information about how I can get my money back. They offer to wait for a response from management. And now I’ve been waiting for a response from management for a year. I am curious what they'll tell me when I come to them personally on the next week.

We stayed for 3 nights in their junior suite with a balcony view of the Milan rooftops. Quiet and plenty of room for 2, with its own kitchenette. Hotel was clean and tidy, rooms cleaned daily, staff were always helpful and spoke very good English. Location was great for us, only 2 minute walk to trams and metro, with good choice of restaurants within similar walking distance. Breakfast offered good selection including some gluten free options. Doesn't have tea/coffee facilities in room but quiet seating area near reception with these facilities. Thank you to all staff at Eurohotel for making our holiday so enjoyable, would definitely look you up again!
