Central Station represents a bridge towards the future. Impressive skyscrapers and new age buildings stretch the skyline with the majestic Unicredit Tower cutting through. Surrounding it are large towers that define Piazza Gae Aulenti, where the fountain and the Monumento Trombe leave one breathless. A famous building of the district is the Vertical Forest, where the innovative materials and trees planted on the terraces are a unique mix of nature and man-made construction. In the district, there is the Monumental Cemetery, known for its antique tombs with sculptures portraying angels of commemorative scenes many will find touching.

Nice Hotel, the rooms are a bit small, however the location is very convenient from the central station, a 5-10 minute walk from the station. A 10 minute taxi ride from the Dumo area. The Executive lounge was a bit small, and a very limited selection of items. It's a good

We had stayed at this Hilton in previous visits to Milan with my wife being very happy with each of our previous stays. Az a Diamond Member perhaps helps a bit as we always receive friendly smiles, excellent service and help. Again the location close to the Central Station is

Sabrina at the front desk put me in Room 241, which is very small, with only a foot between the end of the bed and the wall. There isn't enough clearance between the closet and the side table, so the closet door can't open completely. The room is also next to an airshaft. If

This hotel is conveniently located about a 7 minute walk from Milan's central train station -- you can pull your bag -- and what's better, it's a much cleaner, brighter and pleasant hotel than what you're used to seeing near European major train stations. This was for a

I have done several times when I stayed with Hilton and never had any problems, in Europe or in Asia, sometimes for a week! I haven't done it in Milan, but I am sure they will do it for you, make sure you ask when you check in. And course, don't leave any valuables in there!

Do rooms have refrigerator or mini bar? Thanks.
Yes, but I didn't use it very much - it was very expensive. I mainly used the fridge to keep extra milk in so that we could make more tea.

The hairdryer was in a bag in the closet and it plugged into the bathroom wall and was reasonably powerful as I recall. Not one of those wimpy ones attached to the wall.

Which rooms have been renovated? thanks
I read on this forum to take the upper floors, and we did that landing on the 7th. The room was very nice. When in doubt ask the staff as the others have counseled.
