So nice place for relax and to be immersed on the nature.
Rooms are so good and all the staff is really friendly and make feel you at home.
So good to stay and really that's the place to visit in Friuli.

This accommodation must be one of the best kept secrets in the region. We had a memorable 2 night stay in a beautifully restored, 13th century farmhouse. Quiet surroundings amongst a large kiwi farm. Plentiful and tasty breakfast, with local, organic produce and a variety of cakes, which are freshly baked by the owner. Very clean and super-friendly service. The property even has it's own chapel. Easy parking and quick access to the historic town of Aquilea and other towns in the area.

Well-kept farmhouse, spacious, simple, clean and quiet rooms. Kindness of the lady at the reception who prepared us an excellent breakfast of cakes and various delicacies. The kiwi jam is absolutely worth trying (the company owns a large plot of kiwi production). Very practical for seeing the center of Friuli and a stone's throw from Aquileia.

We had a little trouble spotting the accommodation as the roadside sign is rather small. We drove past a couple of times. Warm greeting at reception. Plenty of parking spaces. Rooms quite spacious, Overall ambiance was very rustic as restored building has a lot of wood and exposed stone. We would have preferred a mirror in the bedroom. Plenty of storage space but only 2 clothes hangers. A section of the veneer was damaged on the bedroom floor which really ought to have been replaced. as it was still breaking up. Air con worked well. Being situated in the countryside the views were very rural and surprisingly little noise. Toilet was set too close to wall. Bathroom was quite nice but I am not sure about having the natural stone walls in the shower, they looked nice but not practical as they looked damp after use. We enjoyed a limited breakfast in a large room. One of our party who does not like salami etc. had little alternative as no cereal or eggs and the only fruit juice on offer was apple. Being a diabetic also the cakes were not an option. The selection of cold meats was excellent for those enjoying meat. Great coffee possibly the best I have had for breakfast in Italy. Kiwi jam made from the produce of the farm was a novel touch. We were a little surprised that beds not made or bathroom serviced after first night but as this was only a 2 night stay not an issue. Overall we had a pleasant relaxing stay..

More than a farmhouse, a starred hotel. Really beautiful, spotlessly clean and convenient for visiting the area. Comfortable bed and everything works. Our room and bathroom were very large. The simple but substantial breakfast. Very kind staff.
