All I can say is WOW!
This place is stunning for couples!
Went to this hotel for a 30th Birthday celebration, based on a recommendation!
I was a bit worried because of the name and some of the detail, that it might just be a ‘sex hotel’ but it certainly isn’t! It is definately a romantic hotel.
The communication with the hotel before visiting was brilliant and they pretty much responded straight away each time.
On the day of our arrival, just before we left home we were told we got a free room upgrade, which was a great start.
On arrival we went to the main reception, which was in one of their three buildings, across the road from our actual room. Staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful and directed us to our accommodation. The block where our room was, was clean and smelt amazing!
The code to our room didn’t work, but within a couple of minutes a member of staff came and gave us a key to use instead.
The room was amazing…whilst on the small side, it had everything we needed for a short stay, including an amazing large round bed and THAT hydro bath…OMG it was amazing and was our favourite bit!
An iPad was supplied so we could order our breakfast each evening, which got delivered to our room at a time of our choosing! Breakfast choices were superb and we could pick whatever we wanted and as much as we wanted!
The iPad also controls the relaxing music, which could be changed but the fact I’ve even uploaded to my own playlists shows we loved it as it was fitting to the mood!.
The breakfast was lovely and presented beautifully to our room each morning at the time we picked as service is room service only!
The room was cleaned daily and replenished.
Most importantly, the switch for the mechanical shutters is behind the headboard!!! Doh
Like any review there has to be some negatives…the hot breakfast arrived virtually cold, so my recommendation is keep it a cold breakfast.
The hotel is in the city centre so it is very noisy but the windows and shutters block this out well, however because there is no cold air con it does get a tad hot if you keep them down. The issue is that there is no curtains so you have to have the shutters down.
Besides this I’ve never been in a hotel room like it before…utter bliss and would 100% recommend it to any couple!

Amazing, thank you!

Excellent customer service,
Daily breakfast served in room was ordered previous night on iPad supplied in the room. Everything was delicious.
This hotel was perfect for walking to all the attractions .
Toiletries were all aromatic oils and were topped up each day.
I wouldn’t hesitate to return again

Hotel concept which should develop all over the world. All large in size, each room benefits from a unique and original decor, for lovers of all ages, even to awaken your libido if it is dormant. The quality of the service is impeccable, the welcome, the responsiveness of the staff who are very friendly. Very generous breakfast served in your room before heading out to explore the streets of the city. And the icing on the cake, if you wish you can change rooms every day for a new experience (of course depending on availability). Each has a jacuzzi or hot tub and showers. Another advantage is the soundproofing is perfect, with these triple glazings. Very well located 200 m from the metro and 50 m from Piazza Spagna in the heart of the old town and the historic district.

Amazing. Booked for husbands 50th last minute. Communication from the staff was brilliant, messaged a week before to ask if there was anything they could do for us and our time of arrival. We got to the hotel early and there was no problem with us leaving our bags while we explored the area. It’s right by the Spanish steps and not far from the Trevi fountain. On entering our room, Rebel inside, the music from the playlist supplied by an I pad I asked for and the petals and Prosecco were all there beautifully set out. The room was stunning, the jacuzzi bath, the large shower and the extra large comfortable round bed and all the decor were so special. The room was a little dark and not much natural light but that added to the ambiance. Breakfast was truly amazing , see photos. Ordered everything. Choices from omelettes, scrambled eggs, bacon, pastries fruit teas juices and yoghurt the choice was endless. Toiletries came in pots that you had to dip into which may not be to everyone’s taste and can be a bit messy but as we didn’t have to clean up the drips we were not too bothered and the smells of them were amazing. If you want a hotel that is right by the Spanish steps, the Trevi fountain, the Pantheon and great restaurants then you will not be disappointed. Staff go above and beyond, room was lush and romantic and the breakfast was incredible. Thank you so much for making our weekend special

Want to put a little spice back into your marriage? This is the place to book. The room was full of fun surprises. The location is perfect (at the top of the Spanish Steps) and we loved being able to order breakfast in our room every morning from a very large online menu. The round bed was super comfy and we were so glad that we booked this love nest for a week.

A fantastic hotel for couples for a romantic getaway. Great location, 2 minutes walk to the Spanish Steps, 5 minutes to the Trevi Fountain. Great service at the reception upon check-in (Annamaria - best regards), before arrival you can order a few additional attractions (wines, snacks and surprises:), contact with the reception via email or Whatsup). The rooms are definitely different than in ordinary hotels, our Notte Bianca room is quite large, over 30 m2. A very large, round, super comfortable bed, a disco ball under the ceiling illuminated by red light, curtains on the windows allowing for complete blackout (then you can see the effect of lighting in the room) An iPad connected to a good speaker, with the hotel's chillout playlist on it, but you can also use your Spotify or connect your phone (if it has a headphone output). Please note the shower is located in the room, not in the bathroom. Free-standing hot tub. Additional room with a table, e.g. for breakfast.
We order breakfast from a list, served directly to the room at a selected time. There are a lot of sweet things to choose from, plus eggs, bacon, coffee and tea. There was no elevator in our part, so you had to climb a few stairs.
The perfect place for a romantic and sensual stay with your loved one.

Great hotel, very helpful staff, mega great breakfast that was brought to the room.
The location is unbeatable.
We asked for another room after the first night because ours smelled a bit musty and the wish was made possible immediately. The smallest room category does not have many special effects, so if you want more than a round bed and a disco ball, you should book at least one category higher.
Overall, the place is highly recommended!

Great location. However, elevators don't work at all. AC barely works and there is constant construction going on in the hallways and rooms all around. Rooms are newly redone but lack enough storage space and have no closets. Jacuzzi tub and shower are very nice. Our room was across the street in a different building from the front desk and anyone can walk directly off the street up to the rooms anytime.

. 4 nights.
. excellent location near piazza di Spagna, no private parking, but public parking nearby,
. Very nice home,
. Beautiful rooms with unlimited non-alcoholic mini bar,
But,
. Breakfast must be served in your room, which is nice, but you have to know the night before what you want (and the time), Attentive and punctual service. Very good coffee, decent products nothing more.
I prefer buffets in a dedicated room (less waste).
. No TV, but a satisfactory music tablet,
. We had 2 bp:
1- the fruit yogurt (strawberry, then wild berry) sparkling and inedible (manufacturing problem) 3 days in a row: we had to insist and have people taste it for the staff to believe us. No compensation.
2- Sink that separates from the wall (I swear we have nothing to do with it), and here again we had to insist that the problem be taken into account.
Overall we won't be back.

Hi John, We stayed over Christmas in the French Kiss room - deluxe room. We pre-ordered petals and a bottle of fizz. Prices were ok. They contact you a week before your stay and send you menus. The bed was round and at the end was a huge jacuzzi bath with lights and bubbles. Overhead an amazing rainfall shower. So combined. There's an ipad for music too. Breakfast was so good. When you get back from exploring they pop a card on your door. Tick what you want and leave it back on the door with the time you want feeding. Then the next morning - tadaa! Snacks & soft drinks in the minibar included too. We thought it was great and the location perfect. 12 euros in a taxi to the train station.
