Very nice hotel at a good location in Rome. The staff is very friendly, polite and helpful. The breakfast is small but good. And last but not least good Service, good Cocktails from Giulio - a perfect End for a lovely Evening in Rome.

The location of this hotel is very good and has a lovely cafe attached on the corner. We were in the annex rooms which was very separated from the actual hotel. However still very close. We had to move rooms after the first night as our bed was 2 single beds that were attached but the attachment was broken and we kept falling through the middle. The hotel were not very sorry for the inconvenience except for the handyman who was very nice and apologetic. We were not upgraded or compensated for this awful nights sleep which was slightly disappointing. Rooms are basic for a 4* but clean. The second room we moved into had a good few lights broken which was annoying as the rooms are quite dark.

For our first visit to Rome this was a last minute booking. We were due to stay at Rome Life hotel round the corner but this was closed but we dont know why so the hotel chain had put us in this hotel instead. We were in the annex next door, modern rooms and were cleaned everyday. Location seemed closest to trevi fountain about a 10 minute walk with the colosseum not too far away in the opposite direction again about a 10 min walk. Breakfast in a modern area served hot eggs, bacon and sausages and cold foods such as pastries and yogurts / fruit , we loved the hot drinks selection (hot choc was lovely). Whilst cleaning the rooms the windows are left open so we used mozzy spray to get rid of bugs at night. Overall a great unexpected stay in Rome. I think next time we would stay slightly more central. Wifi easily connected to the first floor in our room. Tv didn't work, only one french channel loaded. Hotel reception staff are very helpful and polite.

We booked our hotel pretty late and this was one of the only ones left. It looks nice online but is definitely dirtier in person. There is mold around the windows and weird stains on the walls. Generally, everything could use an update and general maintenance. Also be prepared for the SLOWEST elevators imaginable. You have to leave early to give yourself time to ride the tiniest and slowest elevator ever. The reason I’m not giving this a lower rating is because the location is decent. Walkable to Ancient Rome (ie Colosseum), Trevi Fountain, Termini Station, and other sites. After staying here, I would not book this hotel nor would I recommend it to others.

Booked a junior suite for three nights. Great location for a visit to Rome. The Colloseum was a ten minute walk, lots of shops nearby (including a breakfast spot next door), and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted with ease, including the Vatican, Treve Fountain, and Pantheon. Nice high ceilings. Bed was fine. Bathroom left some to be desired, though no real issues with the place. Didn't have breakfast or go to bar. Good, affordable place to stay for travelers who plan on exploring.
