Well, before I go into detail I must say the staff there is really really helpful and friendly. Grazie mille!
We stayed there on a school trip for about a week. Also other school groups were there. That is not a major problem if you can handle some noise (it was really bearable).
The problem was the rooms: I got the impression there were designed to be double rooms due to the size. But some of them had 4 beds in them. That might work for smaller children but not for students older than 18 yrs. It was so narrow one could hardly walk nor find some privacy for the belongings. Maybe it eas not the hotel's fault but more the company we booked with. Still 4 beds are way too many in such a small room.
The rest was simply fine. Internet worked more or less ok but we were not depending on it. So all good. The breakfast was ok. We thought there might be some fresh fruits or so. Only on the last day there were some offers. The rest of the week: toast, ham, cheese, sometimes bacon and egg, cornflakes and some sweet things like mini cakes or so. That was it basically. But don't take it as a complaint but maybe as a suggestion.
The hotel itself is on a rather quiet street, 500m or so to walk to Termini, the main station. The closest metro station is Manzoni. Trams are in walking distance. Some mice pubs or restaurants too. The student quarter is just behind the old town wall which is behind the houses opposite of the hotel.
So all in all is a decent hotel. If you expect a luxurious stay this might be not your hotel. But if you need somewhere to sleep after exploring the city and still wanna see some friendly Italians (namely the awesome staff) then this is your place.

Having come across this site just two days before we went to rome we were left worrying what exactly we might find when we arrived, but were pleased the hotel proved the previous comments to be wrong. The hotel is located in a more undesirable area (near the station) but it is not in any way an area which made me fear for my saftey. It is however a 30minute walk to the centre. The hotel was nicely decorated with modern bathroom facilites it was also extremley clean. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was provided although it was only rolls with jam, tea and coffee. For the money i paid it was extremely good value and i would definately recommend it for a city break!!

Me and my classmates booked several rooms for our study travelling through Rome in October 2004. We saw some photos online and we were very glad that everything seems to be clean and some kind of luxurious. As we arrived in Rome, our image was not approved. Unfortunately the rooms were not as described and the sanitary facilities turned up almost ridiculous. The staff was all in all friendly and cooperatively, but the whole impression of the hotel became worse.

I knew this was a 3 star hotel so i didnt have huge expectations but i have to say that overall it's a pretty good hotel. The reception staff were helpful, they went out of their way and helped us with our return transfer as the automated messages were in Italian. Breakfast was nice, the staff at breakfast time even nicer. Our room was cleaned every day and they provided complimentary toiletries etc.
On the downside there was no WiFi for the duration of our stay, we were simply told its not working. They also couldn't provide us with a cot for the baby even though there was enough space. The lift was in an awkward spot, you had to carry the pushchair down a flight of steps! The blankets were very light and not warm enough for this time of year, when we spoke to reception they did turn on the heating in our room.
Overall we had a pleasant stay and I would recommend the hotel. Its in a very good location and very close to the train station and plenty of food places.

Upon our arrival we were greeted with no working internet which is a major necessity for women especially when traveling without phone service and we were then brought to a room that was smaller than advertised (no larger than a shoe box) with no working A/C. Upon notifying the desk the attendant came to our room and “fixed it”, when the man left our room the A/C promptly stopped working again. By the time the A/C was actually “fixed” (he said don’t touch it) we were fed up and decided to leave and book a new hotel for our last two nights in Rome. The man was ridiculously rude to me (20’s female) the entire time while he was semi decent to my mother. I am still fighting with the hotel and my credit card company to be refunded for this unused stay, at this moment I have been offered an 8% refund for the nightmare experience.
If you like to be treated with respect I advise you to not stay at this hotel.

Stayed at this hotel for 4 nights in April 2022 in a twin room and cannot recommend this hotel enough. The hotel is in a great location, only a ten minute walk to Termini station. Can easily walk to all the major attractions, for example it is only a 20 minute walk from the Colosseum. All staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very nice. A brilliant price, and will definitely stay in this hotel when returning to Rome in the future.

I stayed there for 2 nights. On the map it looks like it’s very close to Termini Station, in fact it’s quite a walk. I really liked the remnants of the ancient Roman temple very close to this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The thing which I found not so good is that the room is very small and cramped, the toilet & shower room is very tiny and the shower cabin is very claustrophobic. I am a slim person and I still struggled in this shower cabin. Also the walls are very thin with very poor insulation, so I could hear a conversation in the next door. Air conditioner is controlled from the reception, you have to go and ask them if you want it cooler or warmer. The area seemed ok, I didn’t feel unsafe. It’s not a bad hotel. I give 4 stars because they serve a decent breakfast, as against other hotels in Palermo and Naples where I stayed previously.

They steal your stuff out of your hotel room, charge you more money than the deposit you have to leave if something goes wrong and very rude staff. Would no one recommend to go there.
Also they dont clean your room or change sheets.
The breakfast is horrible.
And its located in a very bad area
Dont go here!

This hotel is located close to the station. It can be reach in a 15 minute walk from the main square in front of the Roma termini station. The breakfast they serve is varied. It offers both sweet and salty food. The staff turned out to be very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quiet.

If I could I would give them no stars. They advertised air conditioning, but our 2 rooms were almost 95 degrees in them with no working A/C they would not move our rooms, there were 5 of us and we all got extremely ill from the heat. They said they would refund some of the money they never did and they have ignored all efforts to correct the problem. Don't trust them or their employees.

Hello, The room was not so clean and the shower door fell off. There was only one chair in the room and there is no desk if you wish to work on a laptop or something. The furniture also is way too old. In Greece you can stay in a 2-star hotel and it would be great. In Italy even 4-star hotels are not so great. This is my fifth experience in Italy.
