      Great location; mediocre rooms

      We booked based on central location and website pictures. Location is great and lobby is gorgeous. The room however was a disappointment. Right next to laundry, so noisy and slightly smelly. And it wasn't entirely clean when we arrived (nasty green soap glop in shower)....More

      Elegance in Florence

      We were st the Grande Minerve for a wedding. Perfect location to shops, restaurants and museums. It's right around the corner from the train station but super quiet. The staff is friendly and helpful. Best hotel in Florence

      Level of service on roof top terrace was awful

      We stayed three nights and our room was great together with service received from front desk staff. Our issue was the first morning we tried having breakfast on rooftop terrace. The greeting and service level once seated was just awful..10 minutes for someone to bring...More
