Detailed Reviews
I read reviews online before booking the room and I could not be more pleased. It offers 24 hour front desk which is good for those travelling into Italy at night. I arrived at 2 am and was met with an energetic man. I went solo and the solo room is a good size. The bed was small for me but it was fine. The bathroom was always cleaned and I thought the brkeafast was standard. The company also offers take away breakfast if you have a flight before 7 am, according to their emails. The Wi-Fi is also very strong and I cannot understate the location is perfect. Two blocks away from Piazza Venezia which is a main area that leads to every attraction. It is also close to Monti for great low cost meals and gelato. I plan to visit Rome again and will be going back to this hotel!

The location of the hotel is very convenient. It is near to most of the Sightseeing sights. It is within walking distance to the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Pantheon, and many Piazzas. It is also near to a bus station and a little bit also near to a Metro station. When you do not want to walk you easily take the bus from the hotel. Aside from the location, the staffs are very attentive there was this Raphael and Antonio was respectful and never fail to smile and greet you Buongiorno. They upgraded my room to a room with City View which is unbelievably got beautiful from the sunset. I booked the room without breakfast but you can also easily add one for 6Euros per day and which I think is reasonably priced. It had enough options for instance scrambled egg, bacon, croissants, and a selection of fruits. Their drinks in the minibar are as well reasonably priced which I find rare in hotels.
On the other hand the building, the rooms are not in top-notch condition but it is okay since once you are in Rome I think you will be most of the time out in the city exploring Museums, sitting in Piazzas, eating outside and many more. It is highly recommended.

Stayed here for a few days. Short walk to Trevi Fountain, restaurants and shops. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Rooms are basic, clean and air conditioned. Shower gel, shampoo and little toiletries in the room and there is a hairdryer in the bathroom which I wasn't aware of before my trip. The lift is an old type small lift so if you are nervous in lifts you are best taking the stairs. I would stay here again if I was returning to Rome.

For a 3-star hotel, this one barely makes the rating. If it were not for the friendly staff, it would be a 2. Our first room was in an interior location, near some humming mechanism. After bringing this up to the manager, he kindly moved us to a better room, and it even had a view. The rooms are sparse, small, and really are simply a place to sleep, earplugs needed. The lift, though charming to look at, is not very user friendly, and if the doors are not properly closed, the lift doesn't work, and you are stuck having to use the stairs. The breakfast was also sparse to say the least and stay away from the scrambled eggs. The selection was limited, and not high quality. For location, the only advantage is it is near a bus stop, and you can walk to Victor Emmanuel II Monument. There are no real choices of dining nearby, though the restaurant connected to the hotel does offer a dinner menu, but you really need to take a cab or bus to get to dining. Our scheduled pickup time to go to the airport with the hotel driver was 15 minutes late, and if it wasn't for the hotel management calling a cab, it could have been much later... Was it worth the money we paid, no.

Once school was over, my husband and I decided to take our children, two teenage boys, to Rome to visit the capital. I therefore looked for a hotel that could be in a convenient location to be able to get around the city on foot. After much research and after reading many reviews of various hotels, I settled on this hotel and I must say that it was an excellent choice. I booked a family suite which was very large and comfortable, equipped with everything you need, from a hairdryer to bathroom products, from slippers to toothbrushes and a razor, as well as obviously a mini bar, a kettle, TV and air conditioning. The beds were very comfortable and the room was quiet despite facing a passing street. However, the thing that surprised us the most was the great kindness of the staff, especially that of the reception, a kindness that was not forced or fake, but truly authentic which even amazed my children. They always made sure that everything was going well, they welcomed us before the check-in time, they provided us with a map of the city giving us advice on how to get around and they kept our suitcases in storage to allow us to visit the city comfortably and they did the same on the day of our departure, holding our luggage and then offering us a drink and allowing us to use the bathrooms to freshen up before calling us a taxi to the station. The location is truly strategic and in a few minutes you can reach the Quirinale, the Trevi fountain, the Colosseum, the Altare della Patria, in short all the beauties of the capital. Breakfast was quite varied and was taken in the hotel restaurant where, the only complaint was, it was a little too cold due to the air conditioning. We will certainly refer to this hotel again for our next trips to Rome, because we really enjoyed it.

I stayed in September 2020, the hotel is in a great location (but is a little hard to find at the beginning.) The room was clean and tidy, on arrival the TV remote and Aircon were not working. The TV was fixed the same day and the Aircon the next day, it did make for an uncomfortable first night. The breakfast was a standard continetal breakfast. The staff were very friendly and polite throughout. The hotel lift doesn't always stop on the 4th floor as the door gets stuck. When visiting avoid the Euronet ATM's taking 20 euros from there would have cost me £24.92, while an ATM attached to a bank (nearest is UBI) only cost £18.52.

From Rome Fiumicino Airport to the Hotel it was approximately 40' at a cost of €50 (determined by the location of the hotel). Very friendly reception with a quick explanation about the location of the hotel and the tourist attractions (you can do everything on foot, the Vatican is a little further away). We stayed in a room overlooking the Altare della Patria, a renovated room and it served us very well. We did not use the breakfast service (cost €12 per person). We arrived at night and headed to the Trevi Fountain (8 to 10' walk past the beautiful Palazzo del Quirinale, then just go down the stairs and be enchanted). Useful tip: supermarket 3' from the Trevi Fountain (Coop, Via del Pozzetto, 119). (*) The elevator is a unique experience and takes us back in time.

+1
Arrived to a room with filthy carpet, shower drain was very slow and the street noise was extremely loud. The hotel was unable to accommodate a new room until the following day and we had friends staying at the same hotel. The following day they did move us to a clean room with a functional shower drain and minimal street noise.

The hotel is well located and with the helpful staff it is the only good points.
At arrival I thought it was a joke: all the hotel is under renovation, you cannot even see the front of the building, covered with scaffolding and protective sheetings. Don’t expect to have any view from your room…This situation seems to be lasting for long, according to previous comments.
Rooms are quite small but ok and correctly cleaned.
Soundproofing is poor, you can hear everything from the street and from other rooms. Got awoken 3 times during the night because of this noise.
Air conditioning system is adding unpleasant noise in the room.
Breakfast is also poor: Multifruit juice tastes like this old chemical based powder used for kids beverages, orange juice is at the same level.
Personnel at front desk was very helpful but this does not compensate for the other points.
This hotel really don’t deserve its 3 stars rating.
