Exceptional hotel located in terrific Rome neighborhood. Staff was kind and more than helpful, offering to help us out in any way possible. Would definitely stay at this hotel again next time we are in Rome.
The easiest review I could ever do. This is a hotel where perfection is an understatement. It’s better stated this is a hotel where every single possible detail has be thought of from a team that are of such deep care and concerns. Anything else written is not needed. Actually if you are a hotel owner or work in a hotel go here and experience the deep thinking of this incredible hotel. We can’t wait to come back.…
My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at Hotel Raphael. We specially loved the restaurant on the roof top, the service was great and the food was exquisite. The receptionists always welcomed us back with big smiles at the end of the day after a long day of walking in the cobble stone paved streets of Rome…
Extremely disappointing. The service was poor and staff seemed very inexperienced. Our junior suite was average size with decent, but not really comfortable furniture--The hotel is near the busy Piazza Navona so somewhat noisy--especially at night with drunk tourists and hucksters. The rooftop bar is a major disappointment-Very disorganized service. The rooftop tables are not open in the morning for breakfast, and difficult to get a table for an evening cocktail--the hotel reserves the tables for people eating at the restaurant and hotel guests do not get priority. Food was good, but not excellent and service was extremely slow. Not a 5-star hotel and not up to Relais and Chateaux standards …
From the greeting we received on arrival, to the the efficient checkout process, our staynhere was thoroughly enjoyable. The Raphael is a feast for all the senses, furnished with wonderful antiques and ceramics, paintings, prints and sculptures. The room was all dark wood and deep red velvet covers, with a luxurious bed, and a small balcony, to get some quiet fresh air. The included breakfast was varied and delicious. The location, though was perhaps its best feature. Two minutes walk from the Piazza Navona, but on a relatively quiet street. We'd definitely stay here again and recommend the hotel to friends.…
