This 4 star design hotel in the heart of baroque Rome, is just moments from the Vatican and offers views across to St. Peter's Dome. Its style is inspired by the same Italian spirit, personal touch, and attention to detail of its namesake: the grandmaster of Renaissance art. The Sistine...

Excellent location. Walking distance to Vatican & Sistine Chapel. Quick & efficient check in staff at 11:30 pm! We arrived extremely late but everyone was wonderful. The room was very modern with a view of the Vatican & the Basilica. There was an amazing buffet...More
We arrived in Rome from India after a long 15 hour journey and as soon as we entered the hotel the person on the front desk wasn’t even friendly. We were so exhausted and he just told us that we wouldn’t be getting our rooms...More

There is a nearby transit stop that takes you to the other side of the River where many sights are located. The transit system is very easy to understand. Other commercial hop on and off busses are also nearby ( because The Vatican is so close too). You have great access to transport here as a major train station is also very close. Great location.

I believe the rooms have differing options. I know this because we switched rooms at check-in, and I stayed there a total of 7 nights over two different periods. And I was with 9 other people. So I saw several room type options. Some might have a bigger bedroom and no balcony- some might have a smaller bedroom and balcony- some might have a bigger bathroom. I would definitely go for the balcony. The view was urban chic- leafed in and pretty because there are trees planted right in front of the hotel. It was quite pleasant. I liked this hotel a lot.
