Great location, really close to the Vatican but not far from all the major sights in Rome - we walked everywhere. The owner is the perfect host - friendly and extremely knowledgeable with nothing too much trouble. Room was clean and very comfortable. Highly recommend...More
A great place to stay. Exceptionally clean, comfortable and beautifully modern.
Situated close to the Vatican, shops and cafes. The host, Paolo was so kind and helpful, always ready to offer advice. Breakfast was exactly what we needed to get our day in motion.
Excellent stay at this unusual B& B. It was more like having your own apartment. We had key access from
The street to open the large, beautiful doors and then steps or elevator up to our rooms. We rented 2 rooms--one for my husband and I...More
Our thanks to Paolo for helping make our trip to Rome incredible. Right down the street is the Vatican Wall. A five minute walk to Vatican Museums and about the same for St Peter's. Great neighborhood with Paolo recommended Italian restaurant just a few blocks...More
We count ourselves very fortunate to have learned of Paolo's B and B. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Paolo is a most gracious and helpful - though never intrusive - host. We will definitely recommend him and Cuscino e Cappuccino to our family and friends...More
Just steps away from the chaos of the center, Prati is the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in a neat grid, quite unlike neighboring Borgo, Prati is a local favorite for its aesthetic organization and wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every shopping fantasy. Nonnis pushing baby carriages and gossiping teens own every inch of the sidewalk, but that’s only during business hours. Once the sun sets,
quirky sidestreet bars celebrate aperitivo hour, those evening cocktails that help wash away the tensions of Roman life.

We have used the metro system from the airport to Paolo's, stop at Octaviano, but you would have to do a change in lines, I think it was at Termini, and why I don't remember is because Paolo offered one time to book a pick up/drop off from the airport/his B&B, and that was it! Very convenient, reasonably priced, reliable, every time we have taken it, minimum of 4 times, always arrived on time and free of worries to Fuimicino. I would recommend to talk to Paolo about that service to the cruise port. Paolo is great at trying to help travellers, and he is very reasonable, then, a talk to him can take you a long way.
Have fun in your trip (I love Rome, and Italy! I wish I would be asking your questions ... That would have meant I was planning a trip to Italy, again :)
