What a beautiful hotel nestled in the heart of Rome. Such an amazing space with a spacious room free wifi and helpful front desk staff. The breakfast really wasn’t that great and the seating licTed in the basement was rather dated. But in all honesty this hotel is a total star. Just steps away from the Trevi Fountain. We walked everywhere except we took a cab to the Vatican. Only feedback that is completely out of control of the hotel and the staff was the street vendors who at times were a little aggressive. But never felt unsafe. BTW amazing gelato shop across the street. …
The hotel is near of everything. The location is percfect is just at Trevi Fountain and you can visit the fountain later at night because in this time there aren’t many people and is so amazing. If I go in Rome another time I will go in this Hotel.
Very good location, close to a lot of things and easy to find our way back since 30 seconds away from Trevi fountain. Room was nice and big. (two adults, two teenagers) for Italy. BUT breakfast was horrible, in basement where it smelled bad. Customer service at réception was great, could not say the same at breakfast, waiter very rude. We would go back for the location. Room was clean and air conditionning super when 45 degrees outside, even though they control it from front desk.…
The staff at the reception was nice. However, that's about it... I first got a single room, vers small, about 2m (!) broad, there wasn't even any place to set down my small suitcase. I had booked a double room, and fortunately the man at the reception changed rooms. The double room was not clean at all, the bathroom was not well cleaned (hair and dirt everywhere) and the room was not dusted either. The sheets were clean, but the room in itself was very dark and the walls were dark brown wood with lots of holes and scratches in it... I didn't have a very good experience, as I had also bed bugs. I know this does not have anything to do with dirt, but added to the dusty and dark room, this was not ideal!!! Found them in and around my bed after the first night. I packed my stuff up and changed hotels, though this left me quite traumatised. Even though the staff was nice, I would not recommend the hotel, because it wasn't clean at all.…
The location for tourism is great, literally 40 steps to the Trevi Fountain. I arrived early and they kindly gave me a room, which although was small (typical for the city) was clean and comfortable and with Air conditioner which was needed for the 35 degrees heat! A small internal courtyard was also available. The breakfast was a usual continental fare, think most headed out. It was a good stay.…
