Exceptional facility and staff. The hotel is centred on the heart of the city and located 2 minutes away from the station By the station, there is a taxi and bus stand which you can use to move around. The rooms are tidied, spacious and quiet. The housekeeping service, restaurant and bar area are phenomenal. The front desk is very professional, especially Katia and Michele the concierge. Michele was very helpful and organised the cooking class and the full-day tour in Pompei and Herculaneum. Both services were very satisfying. Katia was very professional as well and helped us throughout our stay. The only disadvantage is the surrounding area which looks very rough. Other than that, thumps up 5 stars

Hotel's Favorite
3 words that sums up our stay in starshotel terminus: “beautiful,clean, friendly”. If your visiting Napoli this is the place to be. Right across from the central train station Garibaldi. And right in from of the metro station walking distance to restaurants, metro and train station. Staff were the most friendly people spoke English very well. Room were very nice and clean and breakfast was very good. Loved our stay and would definitely go back.

4.5 out of 5.0 overall rating. This is an excellent hotel. They delivered the best stay experience during my 1 month stay in Italy compared to other hotels in Italy that I stayed. What I liked: 1. Excellent location especially if you want to be close to Napoli's main train station, Napoli Centrale and Napoli Garibaldi. 2. The service was good. 3. Excellent breakfast with variety. 4. Clean and organized. 5. The front desk practiced active listening, and tried their best to help guests have a good stay. For example, a tour company cancelled on me last minute, the hotel's front desk team helped even though they had nothing to do with it. I appreciated this very much. They went above and beyond. 6. They were flexible. 7. The room was well cleaned and items I asked for were already in the room upon arrival. 8. Hotel staff have good communication among themselves, so no balls got dropped when changing shifts. 9. Spacious room with good layout and design. What I did not like: 1. My VIP status did not get recognized upon check-in until the third day. They actually asked me if I would be willing to pay a bit more to get a room upgrade. 2. They could not provide explanation as to why "Do not disturb" sign outside of my door was removed. They promised to investigate but they never gotten back to me. That's also the day they entered my room without giving me a heads up. 3. One evening around 10pm after I returned from outside after a long day, a staff showed up saying he was handling tours/excursions showed up asking me about the previously cancelled tour and tried to do something, and said he went into my room and left me a bottle of wine. This interaction was strange and awkward, especially late at night, all tour agencies would have been closed. I shared this concern with the front desk to get him to stop. Had they not made these mistakes, this hotel would have earned a 5 out of 5. Additional Comments: What I appreciated about this hotel is why they failed to deliver such as failed to recognize my VIP status, and disrespectfully entered my room. They did not argue like other hotels did except one night shift staff; he was more argumentative over the phone. But all other staff were effective in handling the situation by maturely owning up the mistake, take responsibility for damaged being done, and made efforts to make it right. I appreciate their maturity, especially the front desk team. The concierge team was good too. …

I stayed here 3 nights as part of a Globus tour. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Food was good, not great. Location is a bit seedy and very busy but great if you want to be right next to the train station. Room was small but comfortable and air con was excellent! I would prefer a quieter location but Naples is rarely quiet:)

Dear Starhotels Terminus, I am writing to inform you about the experience I had with the Capri Tour boat the other day. I want to congratulate the concierge Michele who organised Capri Tour Boat. He guided us from the beginning of the trip till the end. Such a professional guy. The journey was planned appropriately. The plan was detailed and I had no difficulty reaching the port of Naples, purchasing the tickets to Capri and meeting the skipper at the exact time. The Tour lasted 2 hours and the experience was unforgettable. I will definitely come back to Starhotels Terminus and plan the Tour Boat again. Thank you very much Starhotels Terminus

From the outside the hotel does not look much, however when you enter it is a different world - very luxurious, spacious and comfortably well appointed. Very classy. Staff (apart from 1) were very helpful and speak excellent English. Room was very comfortable, roomy, classy, with 2 balconies which overlooked the area. We were really spoilt here. They even gave us a bottle of wine on arrival, although we are not wine drinkers, we left it there. Bedding was very comfortable. Room had a day-bed also. b Lounge area on the ground floor has a number of different areas, and all extremely comfortable and welcoming. Location of this hotel is excellent - right across the piazza from the main rail terminus. The rail terminus is huge - lots of destinations within and out of Italy to choose from. Easy. Plenty of eateries in the immediate area of the hotel and beyond. Breakfast was in keeping with the rest of the place - very classy with wait staff dressed accordingly. Several choices there, although the bacon was always cold even though in a "heated" bain marie dish. Would certainly recommend this place as it has so many good things about it. …

The hotel was of a good standard but lacking fa utilities i.e. pool/spa for the price, the location was also very rough, the staff were a bit standoffish and they seemed to look down their noses at us on arrival, maybe learn not to judge a book by it’s cover and train the staff as they are only receptionists at best so need to have a look at themselves they have no idea who their guests actually are and learn the meaning of humility, I wear a suit most days so won’t be wearing one on holiday in the heat, other than this the location is good for the city centre and train station but not the safest, our room was outward facing and not hot at all, we didn’t get to try the breakfast as we were bluntly told that we would need to pay for breakfast if we wanted it, the insinuation being we couldn’t afford it, again don’t judge a book by it’s cover I won’t justify myself nor demented myself, just take this as an opportunity to embrace some feedback and improve your standards as it’s not far off being fantastic with a little bit of effort…

this hotel was excellent - great room and a location which is opposite the main station but felt very safe. was able to leave cases there while we explored the city - well worth it before leaving for Sorrento. regret we did not make the most of the facilities but it was perfect
