Nice little hotel close to the beach and railway station. Room was small but adequate. Breakfast was basic and again adequate. Service was friendly and efficient. Many lovely cafes and shops nearby, particularly along the beachfront.

The hotel is situated in the city center, walking distance to all shops, bars and restaurants. Close to the beach which is beautiful and if the day is sunny is great for a walk. The hotel itself is an old hotel, rooms could do with bit of renovation, but clean and warm. Breakfast is good with fresh variety of pastries and good coffee. However as this hotel is in the center you get all the noise from the bars outside which lasted up till six in the morning, on a Saturday night. The insulation in the hotel is also poor as you can hear everything from the other rooms. So if you want a good night sleep you are better to stay out of that area.

On the plus side this hotel has a great location being on the northern end of the Pescara main social area. The rooms are clean but needed a little bit of airing upon arrival and were very warm. There is a quirk with the air-conditioning as it is supposedly on a timer and was not turned on until early evening and then turned off at around mid-night making the room very warm by 1:00 AM. The windows can be opened to alleveate the warmth but the street noise is rather loud and the street sweepers start at around 4:30 AM so we didn't sleep too well. Breakfast is good and a good coffee machine is available. If they can fix up the over heating in the rooms it could be a better location to stay

Tiny, claustrophobic rooms, small bed, problems with heating, disgusting, small bathroom. Grounding wires sticking out from the walls, sharp points that may cause injury. Outside the room rather nice (corridors, etc.), but that won't help when you just want to leave the room asap.
