For clarification, I have not been able to visit this hotel due to Covid. I had reservations for a 3 day stay (2 rooms) in July 2020. Running with the bulls!!! Due to Covid we were unable to make the trip. I asked if our reservation could be moved to the same dates in 2021 and was told yes. I emailed the hotel in March of 2021 to verify my reservation and was told it had been canceled. I asked for a refund (over $1800) and was told no refund was available as they had canceled my reservation. We had 4 overseas trips scheduled and paid for in 2020...none of those trips took place due to Covid restrictions. In every instance our reservations were moved forward or refunded EXCEPT with this hotel. It would be interesting to know if the hotel was even able to be open during July 2020....in which case I should have asked for a refund at the time. Live and learn,,,but I suggest avoiding this hotel …
Great location and quality room. Ground floor of hotel has food and drinks. Tens of restaurants and shops within two blocks- three blocks to center of town. Shower was good, lift and easy check in and out. Price is Right for perfect location.
Prime location . We stayed during the San Fermin Festival and the price was quite expensive. The staff is very friendly but the room was very small with old furniture and worn-out bedsheets which was quite a disappointment.
I had some difficulties finding a room in Pamplona on the Saturday before the May 2 national holiday. Was happy to find one. My single room was the size of a postage stamp. Really tiny. But as I was just staying for one night, no big deal. Great location just a couple of blocks from Plaza del Castillo on a street that is TEEMING with restaurants and tapas bars. I have no problem recommending this place for a short term stay. Another Spanish hotel with paper thin walls. Hope that your neighbor does not make too much of a racket.
You get what it says on the tin...A budget hotel in a great location, tiny room, but u only sleep there..was fine for a one day stop over in Pamplona, to see the old town, the sights, do the tourist stuff. Tiny wee reception cum bar downstairs, all you need, no complaints really, but could have been cleaner.
