Stayed here loads of times over the years and watched it go worse. Great rooms. Good parking. Big hypermarket 2 mins. away with very competitively priced petrol. Near motorway exit. Good location for us driving up from SE Spain BUT the staff has become skeletal--and I don't mean their physique. Going south in early September the meal was ok (in the cafeteria)- the restaurant seems to have bit the dust-having only having stayed at weekends before we thought it was just a weekend thing but this was midweek and as we checked in the unpleasant woman on reception was even uncertain as to whether the cafeteria would be open. With hindsight I wish it hadn't been and we'd gone to the hypermarket's cafe Hopeless waitress. Ordered gin and tonic. She poured the gin before searching round and then giving up and informing me that there wasn't any!! As it happens I had some in the car. Brings a whole new meaning to BYO. Greasy food. Undercooked chicken. Asked for pepper and much much later a dish on a saucer with a teaspoon in appeared with pepper in it! The unpleasant receptionist spent most of the time leaning on the end of the bar stuffing baguettes with something she cooked in the microwave instead of helping the inept waitress My guess is that the place has changed hands because this is definitely not the standard of an NH Hotel. My advice--avoid. Try The Andia or El Toro instead.

Was 102 degrees outside and the AC was out for all the rooms. Only was cool by bar. Unbearable! Couldn’t sleep at all and to make it worse the staff didn’t care! I will never come back to this establishment!

We use this hotel as a halt on our way to the Mediterranean coast. Rooms and breakfast are correct, free parking, close to the main road and quiet. Exactly what we were looking for. Also possible to eat at the cafeteria and there's a shopping mall nearby. Will come again.

Air Conditioning did not work in any rooms. Made for a very uncomfortable sleep. Needs to looked into ASAP. Basic facilities. Clean rooms. Good for one night. Would only stat again if ventilation issue is fixed.
