Amazing place, location, service, value for the stay, amenities, coffee shop/restaurant!! I stayed one night and really enjoyed my stay! Brice received me with kindness and knowledge and the lady today (didn't catch her name) was also super nice and helpful! There are many restaurants, coffee shops and high end shops around! The post office Correos is about 10-15 min walking and great to send stuff home and continue on El Camino!! Thanks for an amazing stay/rest!
We have stayed here several times. The hotel has been remodeled and is very modern and comfortable. Reasonably priced. Best stay we have had. Staff are very pleasant. Cafe is accessible through the lobby. Good breakfasts and better café con leche. See photo. This is centrally located and very convenient for seeing our friends. Laundromat near by. Statue is a tribute to Jules Verne.
Perfect female staff! Unfortunately I’m not sure the name of her. She was so kind! Location is very good for sightseeing and shopping. とても清潔で良いホテルでした。特にスタッフの女子は感じがいい。スペリオールの部屋に泊まりましたが教会が見えて日差しサンサン!大満足です。唯一悲しいのは、冷蔵庫がなかったことです。
When you arrive to Vigo by car, it's right there. Really well located. Looks nicer than a 2-star hotel but then when you check-in you realize it's a family owned business. Really small elevator. Private parking is a crazy small and expensive compared to other parkings in other hotels. I booked it for two nights and the second night I couldn't park inside because the only parking spots available were not accesible (impossible turns and a column in the middle of another). It appears to have only one person at reception desk at night and when it's busy you can't get in the hotel because they lock the main door for security. You need to wait outside until the night-shift person comes back to the reception desk. There's a cafeteria adjacent to the hotel where you can have breakfast but there's no buffet. I won't use this hotel if I can avoid it. It wasn't terrible but not very convenient and also pretty expensive for the service we received.…
The Hotel Atlantico is located on a major street in Vigo near the port and many restaurants. Room 202 overlooks the busy street, though the noise was shut out by the double-planed balcony doors. Our room had a double bed with a firm mattress, a desk with a lamp with USB port, and chair. The bathroom had a rain shower head as well as a hose attachment and a make-up mirror. The water pressure from the rain shower head was great! Our favorite feature of the room were the double set of floor to ceiling blackout curtains hung one in front of the other, making the room really dark without any rays of light slipping through. The hotel and cafeteria staff were helpful and responsive to inquiries and the hotel room was sparkling clean. There is no need to order breakfast ahead of time as there isn't a separate breakfast room for guests. The cafeteria attached to the hotel was inexpensive, open until late, and had five distinct seating areas with the same level of attentive service. I ordered breakfast combo #4 for 5 euros which is your choice of coffee beverage, freshly squeezed orange and grilled ham & cheese. We also had dinner one night and were thrilled to have veal milanesa, salad and potatoes for 8.5 euros each. If you don't need a large lobby, gym or business center, the Hotel Atlantico is a great place to stay. The room thermostat controls have been disabled, so I had to go downstairs to ask to have the temperature changed. One can turn the a/c on & off as well as change the speed of the fan from the thermostat, but that's it. The thermostat controls are located in a closet next to the reception desk. Also, the bathroom sink was incredibly shallow, which precludes any clothes washing.…
The thing that I like the most about this hotel is that it’s pet friendly. You pay a dog fee that it depends on the dog size (we payed 15€ for an Amstaff Terrier of 7 months). They give you a pillow for your dog and it can sleep in the room with you. The view from the hotel is very beautiful, the room and the bathroom very cleaned and tidy. The receptionist is very friendly. Muchas gracias
Very nice receptionist! The rooms is very clean and spacious and the beds are good. The bathroom is large with tub and shower. Excellent wi fi. So great staff, convenient location and excellent price!
Arrived. Slow checkin. If youve got luggage you will probably have to carry it some way as hotel is on different levels. Clean, big room. Room was on first floor with window looking over a noisy bar. No good for a siesta.
The worse hotel I have ever experienced anywhere in the world; photos obviously are deceiving! Even Guantanamo has to be better! No ADA handrails for stairs from lobby to elevator; management could care less about illegal smoking in other rooms and hallway penetrating my room despite being against their own policy and in violation of municipal code. Tiny bathroom and demitasse shower stall. Crappy desk and chair. When I left after 4 nights, manager attempted to screw me requiring payment in full of 15 day reservation, despite it not being pre-paid; also attempted to hit me with a cancellation charge. Thankfully found a new hotel up the street at a lower price.
This hotel is 20mins away from Vigo airport by Taxi which will cost you below 20 Euro. Hotel is conveniently located in city with lot of restaurants and other requirements nearby. This hotel is small property with clean and well kept rooms I stayed in 5th floor and came to know 5th and 6th floor are recently modified and rooms are ok. We get a breakfast at a cost of 7.50 if not included in your room tariff which is good. Some of the staff in reception speaks English.
