We drove into Tarragona looking for our Hotel, finally we found it but could not work out how to get in to park. My Husband found a small space to leave our large car and went into the bar/restaurant next door to ask. It seems that if you walk through this bar you get to the Hotel reception. They could not have been nicer. The way to get in was explained and my husband returned drove to a gate which looked like it went into the middle of the building, it opened and a smiley faced man showed us where to park. The room was good, the bar and restaurant excellent. Breakfast was also served in the bar and was good, filling and lots to pick from. The staff were very nice and the Hotel was in the town s you could walk to shops. I would tell anyone to stay there if they wanted to stay at a proper Spanish Hotel.…

The room is adequate, if a bit tired. However on the back of the door is the price for meals. €9 for breakfast. €15 for each lunch and dinner. Just had dinner and it reminds me of the truck stop all day breakfasts I used to have in the 60s and 70s. Floating in grease and the "chips" boiled in oil. Fried egg and chips with everything. Not impressed.

Lovely hotel, not the most modern but was just what we wanted with the family for a night, great owners, great price, good food, great selection at breakfast and secure parking. Every effort was made to make us feel welcome, we stayed before we went on to our campsite and everyone agreed it was perfect start to holiday. Beware you cannot walk to centre but restaurant is absolutely fine in hotel. Free wifi that worked!
