short walk to Plaza Catalunya, Aerobus, Metro and to the Las Ramblas. very welcome and nice staff, absolutly clean rooms with comfy beds and nice bathroom. room was facing the courtyard therefore very quiet. big breakfast buffet with a very good selection though a little bit crowded in the morning when I was staying there.

Room was not so good and was very loud outside we want to change the room but Hotel Staff doesn’t help us. But location was very good it’s directly to La Rambla Street. Very near to Metro Station and very near to Bus stop

The shower shelf was broken and could of been dangerous if it fell on someone. Also the lighting of the bathroom was veryyy low. The location is really good though. The receptionist didn’t help much. We wanted to visit Park Guall and the receptionist told us to go a route that was under maintenance and we had to walk all the way up the hill and once we reached they told us we had to have tickets. So we unfortunately didn’t go that day and waisted alot of time.

We have stayed at Hotel Jazz once before, 4 nights in May 2022, hence we booked the hotel again for 4 nights (30/10/23-3/11/23). The main purpose of our trip was to see Madonna at Palau Sant Jordi on 1st November. Over the 4 days we walked 26 miles. We arrived early as our flight from the UK landed at 09:50 hours. The reception staff were very friendly and accommodating. We checked in, unpacked and were down La Rambla early afternoon. The hotel is in a great location for walking around the city, using the Aerobus to get to/from the airport and for using the metro. Breakfast on the first floor is a great way to start your day. Unfortunately the wind prevented us from sunbathing or using the pool..but what were we to expect in late October. We did use the pool (and rooftop bar 🍻 last year). All staff at Hotel Jazz are welcoming and personable. Our room was at the back of the hotel (room 602), as there is some work being carried out on the building opposite to the hotels entrance, and it was both very clean and spacious. There are tea and coffee making facilities in our room , which were replenished every day. You can hear a faint rumble of trains in the metro but this did not distract from our positive experience at the hotel. The aircon works very well (it can both heat and cool the room). The only issue that I had is that I have back and neck issues and found the mattress to be a little firm.…

My two friends and I arrived in Barcelona on September 30, 2023. While being out sightseeing that day, we stopped at a nice place we found for lunch. We do not know how, but one of our friends fell down a flight of marble stairs and we all ended up in the ER for 12 hours while she was treated.. Her family flew over to pick her up the next evening. She is okay now , but during that stressful time, the staff was unbelievably kind, supportive and so helpful. The bartender on the roof even delivered her dinner to her room. The kindness extended to us by the entire staff, from the front desk to the cleaning ladies, and everyone in between, was unbelievable. We are so grateful for all the help and compassion and everything you did to help us out and we will never forget you. So if there is a wonderful, clean place to stay in Barcelona with a good central location, it is definitely Hotel Jazz! "A hotel is only as good as the people who work there!!!!" Excellent location. Front desk very helpful in recommending dinning options in walking distance. Lovely area to walk around. Pool side pool was very nice to hang out and scenery. Fast food and grocery stores all near by as well. Was a bit disappointed in that the bar food menu was closed. Menu looked very inviting so we did not have a drink as wanted to eat and drink. Room very spacious, clean. Would stay again

There were a few hotels with similar Tripadvisor scores but we were so glad that we chose Hotel Jazz. The best location by far and such a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Staff were superb. Try the sangria in the roof top bar ! The bar prices for food and drink are roughly same as UK so you never feel over charged . All in all this hotel helped to make our stay in Barcelona very special. Thank you to all at Hotel Jazz

We were in Barcelona for my son's wedding. We stayed at Hotel Jazz with 6 other family members (4 rooms booked). We loved it here. The Roof Top terrace was perfect for us all gathering, have drinks, tapas. The staff were all super nice and helpful. The morning breakfast was good, but could use a little more variety each day. The room was big, very clean, and comfortable. The bed was huge. Location - perfect.
