My husband and I travel extensively and have never meet such a kind, endearing individual as David, owner/manager of Case Palacete. This boutique hotel is a hidden gem, amazing location, spotless and staff beyond incredible. Although we were literally "almost" stuck in Granada during the CO19 virus David spent hours on his computer trying to get us a plane ticket back to the US.. Although our trip was cut short throughout Spain (not Granada) this trip was one of the most unforgettable experiences of our lifetime travels. We highly recommend Casa Palacete 1822 during your stay in Granada. We felt like we were part of David's family. On the day of our departure David made "home made" orange juice before our flight back to U.S.! A truly amazing human being!!

Appreciated evjeal32, In this hard times we (and everypeople) are suffering, we have to say we are glad to read your lines. Not only for such good words you have dedicated to us, whose we want to thank, also because these are a proof you succesfully have completed your half-world journey and returned finally home with the COVID-19 pursuit against every corner. We wanted to say we did what we had in our hands to help you. About you mention, as a matter of fact, you contracted breakfast board: orange juice had to be served, one way or another... You have been two of the guests with the best comprenhension we have got lastly. We would like you visit us in the future, maybe in another visit to Spain (maybe in a time your stay with us do not mean to run a big adventure to both of you). You have the doors of our reception opened for the time you need. Thank you to you... and congratulations!

I have only visited Granada twice but been to the Casa Palacete's Cafe 5 times at least. I love their selection of cakes and coffees and the service is always excellent. The selection of cakes is not always complete, and they rotate, so if they happen to be short, visiting again the next day can make sense.

Although we only went here for breakfast, it was one of the best we had ever had. Fresh pastries, a very good menu and the food was worth the 10 euros! Service is excellent. Definitely recommend this place and the hotel looks nice too.

This is a beautiful hotel in a side street but very central, only a five minute walk to many of the bars, restaurants and shops. We stayed in the Italy room which was quiet, had a queen bed and a separate comfortable seating area. The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly, even contacting us beforehand to see if they could help with parking on arrival or if we required any reservations for attractions. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. We asked if a light sensor could be turned off in the room and they sorted it out immediately. The evening before we left we mentioned we had to check out early, before breakfast, and they even asked if they could arrange coffee or something to eat before we left. Thank you for a lovely stay in Granada.

Very pleasant staff, genuine, interested in your well-being. We had a bit of a glitch with a tour guide not showing up and they were full of concern and had suggestions ready for us. We had an early Alhambra entry ticket (departure before actual breakfast time), the night shift staff made us coffee and a quick breakfast. The breakfast area is actually a pretty little coffee and sweets shop with some sandwich and fresh juice options We stayed in the France room, the one pictured at top. Very sweet room however, showering was a bit of an issue as the claw foot tub had a hand held shower nozzle. We mostly sat down to shower. Also, our bar fridge was not cooling the water supplied by hotel. The owner was present and introduced herself one evening (very pleasant and sincere welcome) and recommended some places to eat. All in all, a very pleasant stay in a centrally located area. We even walked to the Alhambra from the hotel.

Dear Anne, We want to thank you for such a kind opinion, all Casa Placete's staff works very hard each day having the only goal of your satisfaction. We are very glad that you liked our little cafeteria and breakfasts so much. Our French room is inspired by the most classical furniture and decoration. With that, we try to transport you to "la vie en rose" each time you are in the room. We understand that the restored classic bathtub can be a little bit of a problem if you just want to take a quick shower, but we think it's a big part of the room's charm. We hope to see you in Granada very soon Anne, thank you so much for choosing us. Kindest regards, Raquel Pedregal, Receptionist at Casa Palacete 1822.
